The employees of organizations are
selected as respondents. Different questions are being asked from the
respondents (JANI, 2014). Likert scale
questionnaire is designed for collecting the data. In response to each question,
respondents have to respond to how strongly they agree or disagree with each
statement using the scale provided (Hair, 2015).

Instrument to be used of The Effects of Flexible Working Hours on Employee
Performance
In order to collect the data for the
research study survey method of data collection is utilized. The data
collection tool which is used for collecting the data is a questionnaire (Hair, 2015). The questionnaire
includes 30 questions that provide brief information about flexible working
hours in the organization. Through the questionnaire, the impact of flexible
working hours on the performance of the employees will be assessed (Simons, 2011).
Communication Approach of The Effects of Flexible Working
Hours on Employee Performance
Employees of the organizations are selected as
the respondents. The respondents are connected via email and telephone. Before
collecting the data through a survey the consent of the respondents is taken (Hair, 2015). The respondents have
the liberty to skip the questions which they believe inappropriate for the answer.
The data which is collected from the respondents is kept confidential (Bryman & Bell, 2015).

from the respondents. The first category of the questions is regarding the
flexible working hour’s policies in the organizations. The second category of
questions is regarding the implementation of the flexible working hour policy. The
third and last category evaluates the impact of flexible working hours on the
performance of employees and organization (Bryman & Bell, 2015). The questions can
