         In order to collect the data for the research study survey method of data collection is utilized. The data collection tool which is used for collecting the data is a questionnaire (Hair, 2015). The questionnaire includes 30 questions that provide brief information about flexible working hours in the organization. Through the questionnaire, the impact of flexible working hours on the performance of the employees will be assessed (Simons, 2011).
