Other popular techniques of project management include classic technique, waterfall techniques, agile project management, rational unified process, extreme project management, critical path technique, program review and evaluation technique, and critical chain techniques(Chaudhuri, Dayal, & Ganti, 2019). Benefits of Gantt charts include

The general idea of the legacy of the event is the long term positive impact. Legacy planning is the financial strategy that prepares a person about the assets of the loved one. Multi-sport events face crises due to higher expected favour when comparing to other events. The similar feature of all these three types of events isthe involvement of physical features of event and entertainment. The multisport events are for the athletes while other games use alternative approaches. the multisport games and the entertainment events introduce eSport events and traditional events. The football match open ceremony introduces new players in the match. Football matches due to the increasing number of interest and viewers are being played on a worldwide level. In entertainment event and multi-sport games, some other games are also involved while on the other hand,the football opening ceremony is only for the football game(AlShathry, Omar, 2015).

The fashion shows debut every season including, summer, fall, winter, and spring. These shows are representing the latest fashion trends. Tourism exhibition is an event that uses excellent ways to improve networks, sources and services at the global level. The exhibition provides information about different locations, travel sectors, and areas of interest. The Olympic opening ceremonies are organized to represent the official commencement of all the Olympic games. In the Olympics, athletic competitions are arranged such as football tournament(Ecs. csun. edu, 2019).

Event management is the application of all the project management for development and creation of large scale events such as ceremonies, conferences, and festivals(Ektinteractive. com, 2010). In 5W+H model different questions are considered that are discussed below

6.      How

The model refers to six questions that should be considered in any event planning. This systematic model is considered as a key to success that providesthe answer to all questions. Each of the information in versatile in its own way. All the questions are used equally well to design a process and for the implementation of any corrective measure

The selection process is a critical process and requires different conditions to be analyzed before the final decision is done. The organizers can be classified in many ways on the basis of their information, sequential, hierarchical and cyclical process. most often the organizers have a concern on the particular content area. The organizers provide visual representation on the frame and used to organized information. The selection of these ways is based on simplified information and stimulating skills. The common term in the selection process is that agents are involved in the program and have an accurate internal model that defines a limit on the requirement of the organizer. The limits are skills, education, and previous work experience(Ziaconsulting. com, 2019).

The Olympic games are becoming more challenging and sustainable with the change in time. the common examples of stakeholders of Olympic games are employees, suppliers, competitor and regulators. Some of then other stakeholder groups associated with the planning and implementation of the sports are also included in the stakeholders. These stakeholders are government (local, provincial, and national), sports companies (provincial and international), communities (aboriginal communities, residents, and sponsors), media (radio, social, television, and print) and delegations. The program provides higher benefits to most of them(Laureate Education, 2013). 

Question: Identify the actions to be included in the Action Plan. Motivate your choices. Rank the identified actions in terms of priority.

The action plan is made by the Faculty Board in the effect according to faculty Panel board. The

Action plan is approved by the bean of the Faculty in the board meetings. A good action plan based on the arrangements such as:

·         Addresses the key element of the issues

·         It is based on the short description and clear written goals

·         It must be related with the recognition of the certain targets to achieve

·         It should be based on the indicators that show the improvement of the plan

To answer why the action plan is implemented the answer is based on the recommendations and the response of the plan implemented on specific task. To answer when it is implemented there are some step such as when:

·         Leaders have clear target to achieve

·         Every team member know what to expect from the next step

·         Strategies are ready to implement according to the achievements and improvements of the standards of the education

·         Resources are available

·         Well organized mechanisms are placed in the evaluation
