In accordance with the analysis of data presented in the company’s profile, organization has unequal ratio of recruited employees in respect to their racial backgrounds. For instance, descriptive findings indicated that the company Employed more Caucasians followed by African Americans, Hispanics and Asians races. In addition, the gender ratio is not proportional; there are more men in the company than women. Inequity project gender discrimination in the organization. Gender discrimination itself as unethical action can influence organizational image and reputation in the market.     

The salaries are not standardized due to the deviation from the mean. Usually, unbalanced scale salaries may lead the company to unexpected costs. Quantitative data collected about the salaries and wages paid by the company to it employees working at specified job positions shows irregular trend of salaries distribution. High standard deviation from mean value present that company has no specified scale or criteria for the distribution of salaries in their employees working at different job positions.

Company is paying high salaries to some of their employees that can result in the overall decrease of profitability. Salaries as expense reduces before taxation profit and result in the overall decrease of return on investment.

The company needs to have appropriate managerial staff working on top to bottom level managerial positions in the organization in order to make organization able to execute its operations effectively and successfully in their selected market.  Managers develop plans and monitor organizational performance. 

 Thus through making managerial staff effective and efficient a company can deal with the market demand and customers’ requirements. It is always great to analyze data about employees in an organization. Through this a company can get several benefits. Ensuring company is effectively dealing with the employees variation based on race, gender and educational skills a company can run its operations smoothly without any discrimination.

In conclusion, it is a good sign that the company sales are growing annually and profitable, so that if it keeps growing there is a chance to expand departments and needed manpower, then there will be an opportunity to hire more people in order to balance the minorities in race and gender equalities. 

In other words, increase in sales indicate the potential of organization regarding future growth in the targeted market. In case of growth and geographical expansion, company would have to recruit more employee to execute all their operations. During hiring more employees company need to pay attention to the current employee’s ratio in the company in order to avoid gender, racial, and religious discrimination.
