Its product development and how its help to capture the customers, above and below the line of marketing activities to promote the product at a different level, communication values that explain about the product with complete details, distribution and supply management of the company

Also, explain how they effectively supply the products, its value chain analysis and porter's five force model that help to explain the activities of the company, it's pricing strategy that uses for the products, its marketing strategy and how these strategies are implemented in the market and also determine its corporate social responsibility, its ethical and legal responsibilities that company has to manage for its smooth running in the market without any issue. The main ethical issue in the Amazon market power is the approach of the Amazon of only prioritizing and focusing towards its profit and neglecting the basic rights of its stakeholders

According to me, the issue of Amazon approach of only prioritizing profits is the most important issue that needs to be addressed. This approach is an issue because it kills basic human rights. To overcome these issues Amazon, have to adopt different ethical models such as utilitarianism, deontology, rights ethics, justice, and virtue ethics. Human rights should always be considered first for becoming a successful organization as the general public and employees are the main source of any organization success.

Workers are also affected by the market capturing strategies of the Amazon because they are getting less number of employment opportunities and their wage rate is also reduced because of their less demand.

This will give benefit to the small vendors who are selling their products on Amazon and Amazon will be restricted to keep in its place and won't interfere in others business and issues, like mentioned in the analysis, will be minimized. All the benefits will be given to the small stakeholders. These consignment-like boutiques vary from town to town, with items from used books to clothing and the funds go toward supporting a local nonprofit organization. It’s a win-win in my book (Berzon, 2019).

In my town, there's a thrift store that donates all profits to a group that helps end violence against women; then there's a spiritualist bookstore that serves delicious tea and hosts outdoor farmers' markets. It's refreshing to find unique shops that also go toward an uplifting cause. The fact that Amazon is trying that no one will ever be in its competition then this is wrong change always come with time and no time is required to demolish the roots that are made in years but bring down in days, so never the time remains same for all.

The recommendation is something which should be accepted and implemented on everyone. If amazon successfully verifies all its sellers, then it will more convenient for the state to regulate any state against the act by targeting the specific person or class which is involved but as a matter of fact, Amazon is doing business and gives priority to its market share over these miniatures. Amazon must also understand first that its approach for capturing the market is becoming harmful for stakeholder's interest and actions must be taken to address the concern of the stakeholder's and for this Amazon must have to differentiate first that what is the main concern for the stakeholders and what is not.

Amazon should also have considered that the actions that it takes for addressing the stakeholder's concerns are justified or not If the actions are not justified than Amazon these should not be considered for overcoming the issues. The approach of the Amazon must be just and for all the stakeholders not for any specific class of the stakeholder. Due to the monopoly of the Amazon in the market, the workers are not getting the wages that they deserve and same is with the producers of different products their interest of getting the reasonable prices for what they produce is also at stake because of the Amazon Monopoly. These are the very big issues and for addressing these Amazon must also have to be honest with its stakeholders and should develop some serious strategies to give them opportunities So that they can also earn reasonably.
