solution of piston and engine.

is supposed to find the interim suppliers for the parts of engines and pistons.
The contract for the material supplies and price per unit of the product will
be according to the written conditions as mentioned in the strategy G Technica
and it will identify the best options.

do I think their BATNA is? (1 mark)

Their banana is to go to new service providers,
suppliers, and new buyers.

They are searching for the new options to order new
pistons in 2-week time. The company is willing to wait for 4 weeks for the
shipment and at the fixed rates for the Pistons $ 530.

In the case of the 4-week delivery date for the engine,
the company will be provided with enough time to meet the deadline of

People Problems.

arise in the negotiation that I should be prepared for, and how might I deal

The
customers and buyers are highly concerning with the provided facilities and
engine capability. According to the users, the engine fuel consumption rate
should be lower, and the performance should be acceptable at different levels. It
is harder to find the issues and prevention levels for the engine. The
suggestions are provided for the negotiation about the problems and to separate
the people from different problems.
Overall
strategy. What is the main strategy that
I will use for the negotiation? Why? If
there is more than one, which strategy will I use for which issues? (1 mark)
There are two possible solutions to deal with the issue
the first solution is to change the chassis of the engine that is constructed
by using pistons. In this situation, the pistons are fitted with the Excalibur
brand piston. The second solution is to markup the engine performance higher at
7% for the extra cost of processing. The series 2.1 Intesa flux piston can be
considered for the overall cost of the engine and bids will be submitted.
The overall strategy of the company is to use the
compromising strategy becomes the managing department of the company is having
weak BATNA. The condition still remains similar to the achievement terms and to
work according to the agreement. The company will have a negotiation with the
other members about the risk and problems. The government deadlines for the
pistons are required to be upgraded for all the private contracts with the company.
