Following measures should
be taken by companies to encourage employees to work efficiently;

Devise a system for solving their internal
conflicts, so that the employees can work in a harmonized environment, without
any problems among them that would bother their mind or divert their attention
to other matters other than work.

Provide them a comfortable and encouraging
environment, the encouragement should be in the form of praise by the seniors
for juniors, or guiding them in any work in which they are having a difficulty,
motivate them to use their abilities in the best possible way so that they can
get a better position in the company.

Provide breaks during the work hours so
that the employees do not get over worked and exhausted, if an employee gets
tired by long working hours it is obvious that now he is not in a position to
work efficiently, in that way the time would get wasted anyway, so it is better
for the company to give them well-deserved breaks before-hand.

Arrange
training and seminars for them to get a better knowledge of the work they are
doing, it is obvious that the employees have a knowledge of the office tasks
already but that knowledge and understanding is not specific, to get a more
authentic and appropriate understanding these trainings can help a lot.

Reward system, should be implemented, in
offices. It means that those employees who work hard and show better
performances as compared to others should be given a well-deserved reward and
in this way the employees will be urged to work efficiently for the
organization and for their own selves.

Employees should also be given
well-deserved pay raises, and promotions, by giving them what they deserve they
will have a sense that their organization cares for them and they should also
in turn work for the prosperity of the organization.
So
by taking these measures, the organization will motivate and encourage employees
to work hard and for the success and prosperity of the organization and their
own betterment as well. So this is a case of give and take, if the organization
gives incentives and fair working conditions to its employees, the employees
will also in turn return the favor by working efficiently and following the
rules and regulations of the organization they are working in. So, in this way
the employee and the organization both can work for each others betterment.
