Is Ava conscious on the same level that a human is? Why or why not (100 words)

Consider how Ava interacts with people and consider whether this demonstrates enough to be conscious and considered intelligent and alive.

Yes, the appearance of Ava seems like in consciousness state of mind. The machine is deemed sentient in case of the process and it manages all the processes to convince the human beings. In the movie, there is no specific concern with the AI final turning test score and the script was built to imitate. The tricky test used by programmer was meant to prove existence of rigorous alternatives and to test consciousness. The in-depth analysis of movie shows that they don’t have any sort of consciousness. The main realm of thoughts and the experiment is to judge consciousness.

Question 2: If you said she is conscious, do you think she deserves rights? Did Nathan essentially create a new human? Why or why not. (A few sentences)
The answer for this question is also “yes”. After learning about her own self Ava started human like behavior. Based on her consciousness she said, “Give me rights or I’ll fight for them?” so I think that she deserves human rights of self-defense and for the peace of society and above all for her normal functionally.
If Ava is conscious, much like any other human, does she deserve rights and freedoms? Or, because she was created in a lab by someone, is she considered property?
In case if Ava becomes conscious and she demonstrated in the middle end part of movie. AI based designed Ava can be judged based on moral code. Ava is just a machine that operates based on her program and worked efficiently. She reserves right of self-defense and moral consideration.
Question 3: If you don’t think Ava is alive and conscious, that she is still essentially an advanced Siri, what would it take to create a robot that is alive? Does it need to create art? Appreciate music? Have preferences? Would you ever consider a robot as equal to a human?

Actually, it depends on the choice of the creator that why he/she wants to create an alive robot. If a robot has to be made for some certain purposes like helping in household work etc., then an alive robot can be developed, which would be programmed to handle certain household tasks. For creation of an alive robot, artificial intelligence may not be considered as important as it was for the Ava. However, a robot cannot be considered equal to the human being, because do the work, which is programmed in them, and they cannot make decisions on their own.
