The budget includes operations cost, construction cost, and market research cost (before the start-up of the project). While marketing and advertisement costs (additional) contains project and tender advertisement costs for labour, equipment and furniture purchase. It is quite evident that construction cost is way more than any other costs from the total project budget, which means that major portion of the budget is taken by the construction work. The other costs as compared to construction costs are way less, and company should not face any issue in managing these costs. However, it is important to keep in mind that construction costs can increase from its original estimate due to a variety of reasons. So, there should always be enough financial resources at the back to deal with any additional construction or other costs.
