In the dynamic global economy business and
governments are facing certain International challenges. These challenges are
due to increased competition, Technology, Rapid development of transportation,
diversity in culture, and other changes in the political system. The present
work is based upon critical analysis of certain conditions or for the industry
and internationalization of business. The research will analyze the challenges
faced during internationalization of college, Association of the collegiate
school of businesses, security and student corporations, and the role of
faculty in internationalization process (Vest & Moses, 2009). The critical
analysis is based upon two basic approaches including Holistic approach for internationalization
business schools and internationalization of Universities and colleges with
having decrease deficit of trade. The critical analysis is mainly about the
research work conducted by Donald and Charles during 2009. This research paper
was published in the international journal of education and research. The critical
analysis will include a study of barriers faced by international opportunities
and abroad programs (Vest & Moses, 2009).
Critical analysis on Arts colleges
and Universities
The initiatives of internationalization of
Liberal Arts colleges and Universities depends upon two factors including
accrediting boards such as ASCSB and corporate leaders. The role of Corporate
leaders is to seek and recruit intelligent candidates (Vest & Moses, 2009). The research
mentioned the role of Corporate leader but enough information about the process
and responsibilities of the new candidate is not mentioned clearly. In order to
explain the recruiting, process the specific properties of appropriate
candidates and requirements should be mentioned. The lack of complete
information about the program basics is observed in this research. The AACSB
accreditation includes encouraging conditions for international business
according to the curriculum (Vest & Moses, 2009). The curriculum
addresses the issues and Global economic environment. In order to obtain
maximum goals of the business inventory management is specifically required and
it works according to HBCU business programs. The main role of HBCU programs is
not elaborated in the research. These programs are specifically designed to
improve the business and to achieve the business goals according to the
designed framework. The whole paper is divided into five major parts including
internationalization of HBCU, internationalization of students,
internationalization of the business curriculum, internationalization of
faculty, and conclusion remarks drawn from the whole discussion (Vest & Moses, 2009). In the case of
American academic Institutions, the internationalization is a common program
that is supported by the government and National Association for equal
opportunity in higher education. The research explains the history of
internationalization of institutions in different countries but sufficient
information about the person who introduces the plan is not mentioned in the
paper. The initial program was introducing in early nineties end this program
faced Global challenges for diversity in the workplace and Marketplace (Vest & Moses, 2009). The greater risk
potential is due to the lack of international consistency in the faculty
members. The weakness of this program is to find professional business purposes
for international education. The professors are required to teach about the
methods mentioned in curriculum, disadvantages of previous programs,
internationally oriented certain functional business classes about the finance,
accounting, and management is provided to the international students under
different dimensions and their respective discipline (Vest & Moses, 2009). The main
disadvantage of this program is limited expertise and education of members
about international business courses.
The internationalization of equality requires
the active participation of different faculty members of business courses in
the strategic curriculum. The faculty members must be aware of goals and international
business incentive. The government of united states introduced significant
policies for internationalization of teaching and strategies for the research
programs development. The traditional methods in long term exchange programs
consider lifestyle and responsibilities of the faculty members (Vest & Moses, 2009). The long-term
exchange program is different from short term exchange program because short
term exchange program ranges from 2 to 6 weeks. The development of these
programs faces barriers due to language requirements, cost of the program, lack
of support from the faculty members of the department, campus cultural
marketing programs, and rigid requirements of the campuses. Because of two
factors including cost of factor and lack of availability of study programs
abroad are facing issues for the international programs (Vest & Moses, 2009).
Conclusion on colleges
and Universities
The research explains about the
internationalization of the college and universities system along with the
faculty processes. The main aim of the research was to demonstrate the worth of
internationalization and how it could be implemented in major programs. The
holistic approach is analyzed in the research that is not limited to the
schools, departments, divisions, and disciplines. The evidence is included in
the research about genuine administration and support. The lack of consistency
is observed in the analysis and certain important discussion points were
neglected. For instance, the qualities of management and administration, the
experience level of faculty members and the relation of faculty members with
the business process and courses. The efforts and approaches are based on the
fundamental concepts, but the traits of strong leadership are neglected in the
research. One of the leading participants in the world is united states for the
increasing trend of interdependence and range of global competition. The impact
of diplomatic leadership and political war of the well-recognized political
leaders have a significant impact on the programs of internationalization. The
lack of information about political conditions makes the research less
effective in that perspective.
