1)
How does Saudization affect foreigners?
The results of the survey have shown
that many respondents believe that most of the customers in Saudi Arabia want
to deal with Saudi workers in other words the Saudi people want local people in
various jobs. It means that in Saudi Arabia the organizations after Saudization
are now hiring local people instead of foreign workers. it is good for the
Saudi people because they are now getting more job opportunities and the
standard of living of local people will improve. However, the results of
Saudization will have a significant impact on the cultural diversity of the
organizations. The Saudization will reduce cultural diversity in the
organization that may have an impact on the performance, profitability, and efficiency
of the organizations (International Organizations, 2018).
As the results of the survey have
shown that more companies are now run by Saudi workers which clearly indicates
that foreign workers who came in search of a job in Saudi Arabia will get
difficulty in finding the job. People who came from different parts of the
world bring their knowledge, skills, and experience which helps the
organization to grow. The decline in the job market for foreigners will not
only affect the foreigner’s who work in Saudi Arabia but also the corporations
as well because they will no longer be able to take benefit from the expertise
of foreign workers. In short, Saudization will have an impact on the foreigners
because there share in the Saudi job market has declined (Ballard, et al., 2014).

opportunities for Saudis?

opportunities for Saudis. The Saudis can now get a job in different companies.

hangout are now Saudized which means that local people are now getting jobs in
organizations or businesses. The major benefit of Saudization is that the local
people will get preference in the job market. It means that unemployment will
decline and the standard of living of the people will improve. The results of
the survey have shown that many people in Saudi Arabia believe that the economy
of the country has experienced growth due to Saudization. The economy of the
country improves when local people get job opportunities.
When the local people are going to
get business opportunities then definitely new business will immerge which will
improve the economy of the country. The economy of the county experience growth
when new businesses emerge and the unemployment level in the country declines. However,
along with going preferences to the local people, the foreign workers should
also be given to in the market so that organization can maintain their cultural
diversity which is important for increasing the performance and efficiency of
the businesses. The organization can set the quota for the foreign workers
which they want to recruit in the organization (Spender, 2014).

3)
How does Saudization affect the
quality of Saudi’s lives?
The
quality of living improves when people get a job. When people get the job they
earn a significant amount of money which helps them to improve their standard
of living. The standard of living of the people also improves when the economy
of the country grows and the country has the resources to spend on its people.
When local people are going to get preference than the amount which the
organization will pay to the employees will enhance the quality of living.
