Abstract of the Nano
Transistors
In this report, there is
complete information about the Nano-transistors. In the modern era, these
transistors are mostly used in different kind of applications. It can be noted
that its future is extremely bright. In this report, there is complete
information about the Nano-transistors. In the start, there is some information
about the history of such transistors. Then after this, in the introduction
there is some details about them and also how they are made. Moreover, the next
section is dealing with the theory of operation. After this, there is also some
information about its applications. In the last section, there is some
information about its use and also the future of Nano-transistors.
HISTORY of the Nano Transistors
It
all starts from the 20th century in 1960, Egyptian and Korean
Engineer worked together and designed first MOSFET that contains gate thickness
of 100 nm. Then after this in 1962 transistors are made. Moreover, there are
some changes made by different researchers as the time passed. Then, in 2006, a
team of Korean researcher that came from Korea was able to develop a 3nm
MOSFET. This was considered as world’s smallest Nano-transistor. It can be
noted that in 2011, the scientist from bell lab was able to create
Nano-transistors at the single molecule level. This shows that there are about
10 million transistors can be fit easily in hair pin. Then in 2017, the
commercial production of these transistors was started. This shows that there
are about 10 million transistors can be fit easily in hair pin
INTRODUCTION of the Nano Transistors
It
is a special transistor that is used in electronics. It is the component that
is acting like an electronic signal or amplifier. The size of such transistors
is extremely small. It can be noted that is completely near to the billionth of
a meter. In the future, such transistors will be used in the Nanotechnology.
THEORY OF OPERATIONS of the Nano Transistors
From
the information it can be noted that the working of nanoscale transistor is
extremely interesting according to science. Moreover, its technological
importance of such transistors is extremely important to overstate. The
operation voltages are given by
APPLICATIONS of the Nano Transistors
There
are a lot of applications of Nano-transistors. They are used in small
computers and small electronics. They are also used in nanotechnology. It is
important to understand how these transistors are used with these electronic
devices to give them an element to work as per their functions. It is vital to
mention here that a variety of technologies and industries are taking a range
of benefits by using Nanotechnology such as environmental science, food safety,
energy sector, transportation, medicine, homeland security, as well as,
information technology. The Nano-transistors are helping to become these
devices and technologies stronger, lighter, as well as, more effective with the
passage of time. A variety of commercial products used on a daily basis are
also relying on the essence of these Nano-scale processes and materials.
