HISTORY of the Nano Transistors

It all starts from the 20th century in 1960, Egyptian and Korean Engineer worked together and designed first MOSFET that contains gate thickness of 100 nm. Then after this in 1962 transistors are made. Moreover, there are some changes made by different researchers as the time passed. Then, in 2006, a team of Korean researcher that came from Korea was able to develop a 3nm MOSFET. This was considered as world’s smallest Nano-transistor. It can be noted that in 2011, the scientist from bell lab was able to create Nano-transistors at the single molecule level.
