In simple language, the crime is the unlawful
act which is punishable through the authority and states. The phrase crime does
not act as the modern law and it also has the universally and simple accepted
definition by the statutory definition that is provided by different purposes. Self-esteem
and self-determination issues will also have a direct influence on the health
and well-being of the resident population. These problems have been associated
with crime and the use of alcohol drugs, self-harm and suicide have been taking
into account while planning some strategies for delivery service.
·
Theoretical: There are four different theories of the
crime as well as knowing and understanding every one imperative of the success
in any legal profession. Thus there is one desire which becomes the lawyer and the
crime scene investigator and the law enforcement officer who also understands the
various theories of crime. The traditional process of dealing with crime and
the criminal is quite different from the Australian system of dealing with the
prisoner. It imparts very little reality to native people.

Classical
theory
·
Biological
theory
·
Sociological
theory
·
Interactionism
theory
According to classical theory, the crime
which is caused by the individuals free and in this the human being are the
rations and created the decision freely by the understanding of the consequences.
The crime is immoral from human behavior. Indigenous people being arrested and
are represented at the non-serious end of the scale, like some traffic offense,
justice procedure or any fine default. Which are hardly even the crimes?
According to the Sociological theory, the social environment is caused by the
behavior of criminal and broken and weak bonds by the school and religion (Schoolworkhelper.Net, 2020).
·
Emotional: The emotion crime is the crime that is
conducted through the using people by the manipulation of various emotions and it’s
obtained their own goals and the unjustly it might be the political, physical,
social, economic, religious and psychological. Every day almost the emotion
crime is occurring and it is very significant in the society of Pakistan where the
emotional crime range acts like the beggar and the acts of the politician. The beggar
also creates themselves and it required for financial help by wearing the
filthy, torn as well a patches clothes along with the begging. In the system of
Australian crime justice, the awareness about local people's needs led to
several attempts to give justice that will be based on the practices of
indigenous people. The emotional crime is conducted through the people that
proposed they have religious knowledge and the kind of emotional crime is very
common that also believed in black art. The victims like the emotional who
reaches each length to fulfill their demands of pir and they do not attain
several satisfactions ( Kakar, 2015)
·
Historical: The historical crime is divided into the
main four parts;
·
Construction
of historical narrative
·
Narrative
and discourse in the history of criminology
·
Reconstruction
of events along with criminal justice history
·
Representation
of crimes as well as criminal (Coen, , 2006)
The combination of the history of crime is the
lens by which that is the view of time, culture, and place. They are more
likely to be arrested as compared to people who are not native even for the
same crimes like assault occasioning no damage, use of some offensive language,
assaulting any police or show repulsive act toward the arrest, but they are not
giving any harm.
·
Ideological perspectives: Criminal law ideology is the main
simple conception of the punishment and crime where the object is very limited
and in that compassion by the grand ideologies like the political and
religious. The ideology is divided into the criminology which lies the
primarily among the criminologist that is also focused on the strict theories
of environment and it gives the short shrift for the individual differences
which is also focused by the individual differences and as well as a wish to
integrate the insights from the biological science of criminology (Walsh et al , 2004).
