Assignment on Alwady Organic Ghee

Category: Business Paper Type: Assignment Writing Reference: APA Words: 1200

Alwady Ghee, also called Alwady Samen (سمن in Arabic), is a renowned family-owned business. In Yamen, we were producing ghee in small batches in the traditional way from pure organic milk and butter. The ghee produced was for personal use - given as gift or sold to people seeking health- it was an expensive product like medicine because the process took time and effort to transfer milk to butter than butter to ghee. After years of doing business at a small scale, we produce homemade ghee and sell it the local market. We have finally decided to expand it to California and the United States as well. Thus, we are the first to produce such a unique type of organic ghee.

In recent times, the production of organic ghee has gotten lower. Still, we invest in preserving our traditional method of making pure ghee. We have a legacy of over 200 years and we make sure to make ghee from organic butter. We get organic butter from Californian local farms and suppliers that raise grass-fed cows and deliver higher quality of organic butter.

In addition to it, we use advanced quality control measures when we produce ghee. It is these measures that allow us to make sure that Halal ghee is produced with no GMOs in it. What makes our traditional ghee the best is that it is lactose-free and it is rich in Vitamins E, K, and A. You can depend on us for purchasing the best ghee because we have the necessary certifications. For instance, we are licensed by the California Department of Agriculture (CDFA). Our Ghee was tested for its nutrition facts by Anresco Laboratories, a licensed lab in San Francisco.

You can get grass-fed ghee from us in a number of sizes. After all, we have a number of great deals of ghee. For instance, you can get ghee from us in 128 Oz, 32 Oz, 17 Oz, and 8 Oz. As explained above, we make sure that we utilise advanced methods while preserving their natural value to produce ghee. We do not use artificial methods of making ghee. In fact, we use only the traditional ayurvedic method of making ghee and that is what enables us to make the best ghee.

Another important point to note is that our halal ghee does not have any additive in it.

What is Ghee?

Actually, ghee is a type of organic clarified butter which includes less dairy proteins in comparison with regular butter. In fact, it can be used as a replacement of regular butter. Typically, ghee is made from the milk of cows. When you melt regular butter, you are able to make ghee. For instance, the butter separates into milk solids and liquid fats. Once it is separated, the milk solids are removed, which means that there is no lactose in the ghee.

Traditionally, ghee is used as a cooking oil. However, it has some other uses as well. Sometimes, it becomes an ingredient while the other times it is used in Ayurveda therapies.

There are a number of ways in which you can use ghee such as in everyday cooking as: You can make, rice, salad dressing and toasts from it, re-write fry food, and even use it in baking and making pastries etc.

When it comes to the benefits of authentic ghee, there are several of them. First of all, you need to know that it adds natural flavour to any recipe and it has nutritional benefits. In addition to it, it has a number of vitamins such as A, D, E, and K.

In general, ghee is important for a number of reasons. One of the most important reason is because of its nutritional value. Since ghee does not have a large quantity of dairy proteins, it includes only lower levels of dairy proteins like casein in comparison with regular butter. Therefore, a person who is intolerant or sensitive to casein and lactose might find the use of ghee to be beneficial than butter. Still, it does not make it any less difficult to choose which ghee to buy. Well, the best option to go with is farm ghee which is made from advanced methods.

In some cases, researches have noted that ghee is healthier than butter while in other cases, it has been noted that ghee might not be suitable for some people. You can store ghee in containers but not in wet containers while making sure that it is not placed in high temperature and it is up to you whether to refrigerate ghee or not because it does not have any effect on ghee. The ideal life of ghee is 1 year which means you should finish it up in 12 months. It is important to note that during storage and delivery, it might change colour and show residue which does not mean that its quality has been lost.
