relationship management. I would like to use the Bitrix24 software by Britax
company. It is an effective software tool that is also used in several companies
but the main reason to use the Bitrix24 software tool is that Bitrix24 is
providing the facility to interact with the customers through chat and video
call. It also provides an effective schedule as well as an effective time table
with a reminder to perform the business activity (Alić, 2015).
For example, it can easily notify when the shipment will be ready as well as when
it will be delivered.

which is providing several benefits to the company’s marketing team to improve
the quality of management of customers. By integrating CRM in the company, the

coworkers as well as other company professionals. Storing of data will become
easier through the use of this application. The Bitrix24 has another benefit which

the customer relationship with Envirotruck. My priority is Facebook because it

prefer to use Facebook first. After then I would like to use Instagram as well
as YouTube. Instagram is also providing the communication medium and YouTube
can provide all information related to the Envirotruck and its products and
relation with the customers in videos.

With
the use of Facebook, Instagram as well as YouTube, the company can get the
feedback of the customers. They are very effective mediums that can enhance building
strong relationships of Envirotruck with the customers because these social
media links are providing them an effective communication medium where they can
interact with each other.

According
to the scenario, it is important to perform the 4Ps on the Envirotruck. The
marketing mix is a very effective activity to make a business strategy. I have
decided to apply the 4Ps of the marketing mix for the Envirotruck scenario. The
marketing mix or 4Ps for the company are Prices, product, place, and promotion.
Place: The Envirotruck is the company that can be
considered as the trucks made for the environment. The Envirotruck
consideration would also be best on the land as well as it has no other
competitors in the market and it is not close to other businesses. The best
place for the company can be on the land or farm. They place of these trucks
will be near or the farms where farmers, as well as farming organizations,
working actively.
Product: Product is the
second P which I decided for the Envirotruck. The company is effectively producing
the trucks that are energy efficient such as 4-wheel drive trucks as well as
all-wheel drive with the ample the clearance to construct as well as rough
terrain in Canada and the United States. To the customer of Envirotruck, the
product will be constructed as well as delivered through the train. The product
that is constructed by the company is very effective as well as very attractive
for their customers especially attracts the farming organizations because it is
developed according to the requirements of the company and the customers that
can provide the facility to use effectively.
Price: It is also a very important element in the
marketing mix strategy. The company has decided to give a competitive price
that will effectively attract customers.
Promotion: For the promotion
of Envirotruck, as well as its products, the marketing manager of the company
is using Facebook, Instagram as well as YouTube. Facebook and Instagram are the
biggest active users' body and the company can easily generate the customers
from these social media links.
