implementing in the insurance that are working with the coverage of the
insurance companies. PASI is arranged in seven branches such as Salalah, Sohar,
Nizwa, Ibri, Buraimi, Ibra and Sur, which structure the connection among PASI
and the foundations working in remote zones a long way from PASI 's base camp
so as to encourage its administrations to the businesses, representatives and
the recipients under the arrangements of this law. Under the security law, the

Employee who got pension can be associate to gain the funds of social
insurance. By this process social protection will be achieved. The insurance
authority will electrically perform many tasks to connect with other companies.
The employees working in the sultanate of Oman and other Gulf countries could
gain the benefits in the insurance funds in the insurance sectors (Madinda, 2014).

Insurance system in the country could be
helpful to work in the social insurance in the different sections of the
society with the business. There are several society segments are covered with
the efforts of social insurance, different insurance companies like liberal
companies were issued. The frame work of program by royal decree no.44/2013
under the name “Social Insurance System
for Self-Employed Omanis and the like” that are accompanied to gain the
scheme to gain the social security funds to the different branches. This system
is based on the subscriptions that are optional for the different branches that
are related to disability and death of the insured employee (Sotshononda, 2019).
The beneficiaries are the businessmen labor
professions and other self-employed people that are working in the Oman and
gulf countries that are working under the supervision of the Royal Decree.
Furthermore, there are partners and national bodies that are working under
ministry of finance to set the decisions that should enforce under the
provision of the Royal Decree. The service standards are estimated to gain the benefits
of pension fund such as there should be increase in the minimum pension from RO
202.5 per month and the maximum eligible pension from PASI should be 80% of the
basic salary.
