DreamWorks animated studio is the most entertainment company that develops lots of activities like animated feature films, interactive media, origin TV series, and shorts. Theme park attractions and live entertainment for consumers. In 1994, this company is founded by Steven Spielberg, David Geffen, and Jeffrey Katzenberg as a division of DreamWorks SKG. Katzenberg took the charge of animated film Production Company that is already ahead of film and television production of the Walt Disney. DreamWorks act as an independent company which is spun off in 2004. NBC Universal which was originally a cable television operator and also a subsidiary of Comcast corporations acquire the corporation in August 2016.

The rise in fame: DreamWorks change the scope of the animated field in the United States. Its rise is started from the 2000s when they introduce 2-D films in the old fashion adventure tales. The road to El Dorado and the Sinbad is the most famous stories that highest-earning movies in the history of the studio. Its next achieving phase is come 2001 through Shrek and after that Antz, which is considered the highest rise in the fame of the company and it can see its highest-earning.

Famous animated actors: DreamWorks has offered very famous animated actors that are always kept in the mind of people. These animated actors include Antz,  the prince of Egypt, the road of El Dorado, chicken run, Shrek, spirit: stallion of the Cimarron, Sinbad: Legend of the seven seas, Shrek 2, shark tale, Madagascar, Over the Hedge, Flushed away, Shrek the third, bee movie, Kungfu Panda, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, Monsters vs. Aliens, how to train your dragon, Shrek forever after, Megamind, KungFu Panda 2, Puss in Boots, Madagascar 3, Rise of guardians, the croods, turbo, how to train your dragon 2, home, kung fu panda 3, trolls, the boss baby, and many others.

Style of work and medium: The style of DreamWorks is simply based on animated working. It utilizes the power of animation and develops such characters that attract viewers and consider real-life actors. All the actors that use in the projects of the films explain some specific target of life and it enhances the dignity and love among the living elements in the most effective way. It uses digital media and Netflix to promote its all projects among the people. Through television and the internet, it promotes all projects and obtains a positive response from its all consumers. Reputation of History of DreamWorks: The reputation of the DreamWorks can be considered in two different perspectives: its customers and its employees. Its reputation is stronger among its customers as compared to its employees. Among its all employees its reputation can be handled in two different directions; referrals and pride. Pride is part of every employee that he is part of DreamWorks animation or working with this famous animation company. Its reputation among the customers is high because of its performance and working efforts that attract customers as compare to other companies. its reputation is also strong because it's all financial conditions and the situation is mentioned and showing no loss of damage. Existence of the DreamWorks of History of DreamWorks

Now the DreamWorks restructuring its operations and due to these 500 employees left the organization. Because it’s some projects are working very poorly and they minimize the profit portion by a third party. But now the company is part of NBC so the company is going to re-establish its all structural aspects and consider very important all the major factors that avoid the company for falling in the loss. The company still exists in the market but it needs some new changes according to its performance and working of that it can compete with its competitors in the market according to new strategies.
