The product diffusion model is that kind of model
that helps in arranging the products information according to the equal parts they
have. Several channels are produced in terms of spreading the innovation
through social system and diffusion is an innovation process included theses in
them. In terms of accomplishing the objectives of the organizations and to
solve the problems in an organization a revolutionary process is implemented
known as diffusion that allows the things to be implemented successfully and
efficiently concerning the aspects of the organization to implement
innovatively as a must. The new idea or innovation in an organization is the
way with which they can be used to have innovations in their workings. The
information diffusion models enable you to take maximum information about your
required product. The difference is that product diffusion innovates your
product and makes your new thing old but the information diffusion model helps
you to find information regarding your newly implemented model in your
organization. Understanding the assumptions behind the models and understanding
the modelling principles is the right way to use that model otherwise it won’t
be able to give you the accurate and successful results when you implement it
in your organization (Jaakkola, 2016).
1.
What are stage
gates? How do they help you to manage
product development?
Is stage gates
process linear?
Another name of the
stage-gate process is the waterfall process as it is concerned with the
innovation process and it is a patent trademark of Dr Robert Cooper. A project
or process takes place in the organization is divided over several stages and
the initiatives have been taken place by the techniques used by management
techniques. The so-called gates were separated by the decisions taken by the
organizations that have been selected to be changed in the organization. In a
new development of the products, this process can be used as it gives the
process of new innovative product implementation better and improved. There are
different stages and different phases are going to be happened by the
organizations that allow them to work innovatively with latest technologies. Each
gate is a decision which helps people to work in an organization and this makes
them easy to find out the real workings efficiency that allows them to work on
the processes more efficiently and more appropriately for sure. Each decision
is based on the facts that how this will be able to manage the workings in that
organization as there are many of the changes that taken care by the workings
in the organization (Toolshero.com, 2019).
2.
What
are some major sources of innovation? Why are they call sources of innovation?
Innovation has many
kinds and sources and all of them are highly applicable and well established by
the things they are going to get for the organizations. Several things are
required for bringing innovation in the organization as after all things accomplishment
it helps to get ideal things for the organization's success. These sources are
the Incongruity that allows you to have a difference between what is to do and
how is to do for sure. Several things are noticed in this aspect that allows
you to get an idea about what things can be used and what to avoid for sure. The
process that is needed by the innovation is analysed in this phase as to allow
the workings of the organization’s new process advance and appropriate that
helps to get ideal outcomes for the organizations to have successful implementations
for sure. The structure that is already implemented in this circumstances is
going to be managed and evaluated to get successful results and after
implementation of this structure, you are going to get an ideal place that what
you are going to implement and how you can have it in your organization for
sure (Incrementalinnovation.com, 2018).
4. Why
do different innovations take different forms? What is the importance of IPR in
innovation strategies?
. The changes in the
workings of the organizations are going to get ideal outcomes that allow them
to get successful results in future is because of having different forms of
innovations in the organization. Several things are going to get an ideal
location in this aspect as this will make them highly demanding and successful
for sure in the organization. Different forms are needed in the way it will
help the organization to get rid of that allows the things to have a suspicious
idea regarding the way of working that it deals in with the betterment and
development of the organization. Several things are going to get interact in
this aspect as all the outcomes are going to take a viral place in the workings
of the organization. The IPR stands for intellectual property rights that help
people to get an idea about the workings of the people in an organization
regarding the aspect that helps them to get an idea about the way they are
going to use their property as this allows them to have the right usage of
their property in the organization. This makes them well managed and this makes
the rights of the things very much valuable and very much demanding as well (Kalanje, 2019).

What
were the benefits of the innovation strategy for BMW?
The BMW
production system was fully based on the quality concerns that will completely
satisfy the clients and make them reliable towards the brand. For a total of
more than 7 million cars were noticed at that time in this recall in the U.S
concerning with the same issue and this makes a huge number of BMW's cars
production decreases and several issues were signalled regarding these floor
matting issue. In some models, the issue which was noticed was very severed and
it was with brakes as in some models the gas pedals were sticky, the affected
breaking was glitched by the software and pedal entrapment was also noticed
making the usage of the car lower. This issue was quite serious as the breaks
were the main concern while having them in their cars. In BMW management had
conducted a survey among the people about the BMW cars issues so that they can
work thoroughly on the issues and try to make the cars well-liked by those
people (Almeida, 2017).
Conversely,
the electric car remains uncommon and has not penetrated across all continents
with more units expected to be sold in the future. To be more specific, apart
from the high initial cost, the technology is still young and without
wide-range of cars compared to those with the internal combustion engine for
customers to have options. Moreover, the downside of the vehicle is that the
charging infrastructure has not fully developed with fewer fast-charging
stations and batteries that are still improving. Thus, as the manufacturer
develop the technology and supporting infrastructure, it may gain more demand
across the globe
The
electric car is a modern innovation that has multiple attributes. Some purchase
it to signify status due to the high upfront cost. Others own it to enjoy its
functionality, such as for avoiding fuel and maintenance costs, high
acceleration power and safety. Government support such products that signal
move towards sustainability with incentives and tax breaks leading which makes
the vehicle signify environmentally-conscious consumption. However, despite the
car being marketed for about a decade, it low penetration might relate to the
perception by some segment of the population as a frugal innovation and the
fact that its technology is in initial stages of development. The overall work
was done on the results of the survey which was in major were: issues with the
pedal sickness, making the driving uncomfortable while having unadjusted mats
under the seats (Mukund, 2020).
Why
does an individual become an entrepreneur? What are some of the factors in an
individual’s life that contribute to and manifest his entrepreneurial
orientation?
Currently,
a fast-food restaurant is one of the best businesses that entrepreneurs can
identify. The restaurants are customarily referred to as quick-service
restaurants since the foodstuff are always available for the customers and the
service offered to the customers is very quick. Fast food kind of restaurant
can only perform well when located in urban centres, along busy streets and
around the school’s environment. However, the business has different types of
unplanned customers, aged between 15-35 years, and are connected to some other
activities surrounding the restaurant location (learnhowtobecome.org, 2020).
The
relationship between the customers and the staffs in business will determine
the success of the company. In restaurant, potential, willing and good-hearted
staffs should be chosen to ensure the satisfaction of customers is achieved.
Any business especially a restaurant type of business wishes to obtain
customer's recommendation to come back for the service. In my case study,
equality and diversity in the industry directly imply an offering of equal
opportunities to either the customers or the working team. A dedicated and
passionate restaurant entrepreneur should in all aspects protect the customers
from discriminations concerning gender, sex, religion, belief, age, race, or
sexual orientation.
The
exercise of investigating diversity program in either a company or a nation is
not easy. For instance, in a case where there is a job vacancy to be filled in,
either gender can fill the position, but in the current world, men are most
appealing and favoured. However, any company which promotes diversity
especially in Britain is more likely to gain access to an extensive variety of
worldviews and problem-solving techniques, which often results in a more
flexible and adaptive corporate culture. Since Britain restaurant is
discriminations victims, diversity practices are essential to ensure the
corporations are observed as more appealing to inherent employees, especially
those who are not comfortable working in homogeneous surroundings. Further, the
business will enhance competitive position by winning customers from a diverse
background
Companies which adopt diversity
policies offer some benefits in return to the workforce and the society in
general (Toren, 2015).
The
plan enhances marketing opportunities, provides more exceptional products and
services innovation, creates a clean corporate image, and helps in resolving
labour deficit. Master card Company which offers financial services is one
among the world companies that embrace diversity in a big way and inspires me.
The services provided by the company are not discriminative in any way as long
as the customer sticks to the company's terms and conditions. The belief that
diversity is what drives better insights, better decisions and better products
have helped the company to grow globally and enhance its customers. Finally, to
ensure respect for equality and diversity laws in a restaurant business, an
entrepreneur must eliminate discriminatory practices and meet equality
expectations for all workers and the customers as well.
