Purpose and Motivation of study: In
this, the main aim of the study is to critically investigate sustainable supply
chain management as the success factor in oil and petroleum production. In
this, it has been mentioned that the phenomenon of sustainable supply chain
management has been taken as one of the most significant industrial philosophy
which has been attaining profits by decreasing atmospheric threats and
influence while enhancing the social and economic factors. As well as the scope
of the study is to provide a perspective for the investigation of the critical
success factors which are the motivation and empowerment for the successful
application of SSCM practices in the oil and petroleum industries. Furthermore,
CSFs had been identified from the literature and vision of institutions and the
practitioners of industry.
Research problem: The
research problems can be managed and controlled in a way that it needs to be
well researched that what are the actual possibilities of making things more
regular and more appropriate as a must. To get an idea about the supply chain
this must be noticed that oil and gas supplies need better interruptive
structural modeling. This model is going to be used in this research that will
help the organizations to reconsider their frameworks in making the programs
more sustainable as not much studies have been done on this aspect
Methods and Materials used:
Methodology is use to have the correlation between the identified CF’s and
sustainable supply chain that have maximum power of dependence and driving of
the forces. Into a comprehensive systematic model, ISM process uses to set a
different and directly related element in its learning process. Within a system
this ISM model helps to make strong and positive relationships between
different elements and imposes the relationships towards a better working
aspect in it. There are some elements in the process that causes issues and
problems in the whole process and this ISM methodology has the ability to
identify this relationship. In different industries there is a relationship
among different variables and this methodology helps to get idea about that
relationship and to build more positivity among that relationships as well.
This can be done by using a conceptual theory that is represented through
graphs and which have theoretical leverage that can explain and exploit the
contextual relationship among complex patterns and this all happens between the
set of variables that are being used in this process of working. The working of
this model is different and unique as it used to make the ruff, unclear and
unstable systematic patterns into more stable, regular and identical ways so
that it can work more properly and it can be managed and evaluated more
effectively among the patterns they are showing their efficiency. The
complexity of relationship among the variables is going to have been noticed
and analyzed by the ISM model in the more appropriate and efficient way. In a
simplified way it makes the modeling complicating’s easier and more demanding.
The fixed objects in the system are idealized and managed by ISM model
efficiently and effectively. Within a system there are some identifications
that needs to be analyzed and this ISM model helps to analyses these workings
more attractively improved and better to form the relationships and workings
better in the processing currently working. This system has some limitations as
this system is quiet complex and this system does not allow to be used by every
person. Only experts can use it with efficiency and it cannot be easily
processed as this processing is the way with which results can be announced and
reflected effectively and efficiently and thus all the things are going to be
managed and evaluated in a way that you have to get idea about what you are
doing and what type of working is there. Its results interpretation is quiet
effective and its working is quiet simple and innovative as well. This system is use to have the connection be
tween’s the recognized CF's and reasonable store network that have most extreme
intensity of reliance and driving of the powers.
Study Objectives: Study
Objectives of this paper or work is to pinpoint some of the inaccuracies
related to the two stage supply chain problem with the fixed costs.
Key findings:
The model that has been proposed can be further used in cutting out the plane
or the decomposition approaches plus it can also be combined with the
metaheuristics methods that ae completely based upon the local research.
Strengths and implications of the
research: ISM process uses to set an alternate and legitimately
related component in its learning procedure. This should be possible by
utilizing an applied hypothesis that is spoken to through diagrams and which
have hypothetical influence that can clarify and misuse the logical
relationship among complex examples and this all occurs between the
arrangements of factors that are being utilized in this procedure of working.
The working of this model is extraordinary and one of a kind as it used to make
the ruff, hazy and shaky deliberate examples into progressively steady,
customary and indistinguishable ways with the goal that it can work all the
more appropriately and it very well may be overseen and assessed all the more
viably among the examples they are demonstrating their productivity. The
multifaceted nature of relationship among the factors will have been seen and
investigated by the ISM model in the more suitable and effective manner. In a
streamlined manner it makes the displaying confounding's simpler and
additionally requesting.
Identify the connection between
chosen paper and the cited papers: There is a direct
connection between the chosen papers along with the ones that are cited.
Obviously the other cited papers are somehow related to the one that is being
chosen in one way or the other because there is not enough information that can
be obtained just through one paper so other papers are also being cited.
