Dubai
electricity and water authority (DEWA) is committed to promote the business
excellence and the vision of the company is supported by the sustainable
business model. Due to excellence in the business and services, DEWA won six
awards including Princess Haya Award. The aim of present report is to
investigate Dubai Government Excellence Program for DEWA (Nuseirat, et al., 2019).
Critical assessment on Dubai Government
Excellence Program for DEWA
The
purpose of the present work is to investigate and critical analysis of the
benchmarking of project that can be carried out for the initiatives of Dubai
electricity and water authority (DEWA). The research of organizations indicate
that it is necessary to implement business excellence model in organization as
it improves the financial indicators. The benefits of business excellence model
include growth of organization, improved employee involvement and satisfaction,
idea generation and innovation, and to increase the product reliability in the
customers and users. DEWA is best example of business excellence that evident
contribution of business excellence model in the subsequent growth of the company
(Ranerup, et al., 2016). The business excellence
model is also necessary for the companies having total quality management along
with outperformed comparison. The use of business models in the public sector
abandon the monopolistic control and it is highly suited for the transformation
and bureaucratic system of the organizations. In the competitive landscape, the
reforms of business model introduce comprehensive plan for the delivery of
public services and in the reforms for the control over production (Sutton, 2018). In the previous
researches, limited study was carried out for the theorization of technology
and control over the single organization. The dynamic understanding is
necessary for the co-opetitive environment in the organizations. But the impact
analysis of the business models requires proper supporting technologies for the
underlying business models. Our research analysis in the present work consider
impact of underlying business models in the public services platforms. The lack
of analysis about the business models in the quasi-markets leads to certain
issues in the implementation of these models (Zawya.com, 2019). The business models represent,
deliver, and capture expanded values in the organizations. The business models
are becoming popularize in the electronic markets and it is originated from the
strategies of e-commerce and entrepreneurship in the public and private sector
organizations. In the value network of the firms, the business model deals with
relationship and interaction between the stakeholders. In the theoretical
application, the business model approach is focused on the electronic market
and evaluate public policy. The business model framework identifies and
synthesize the value network and progress of the business (Gulfnews.com, 2018).

company analysis shows that communication plan requires some modifications. The
communication plan is specially required to keep the key stakeholder updated
with the projects and all the updates. The expertise should be captured by the
final recommendations about the proposed plans. The potential risk assessment
is required to improve the outcomes (Albawaba.com, 2015).
