Here I am going to introduce you to the plan for my business idea which I think is one of the best platform fin today’s world. The name of my business is Hair and Skin care Salon.

These days I believe that male and female both wants to look presentable when it comes to their looks and this is the profession I am really interested about and I believe that I also have enough of the information related to the hair and skin care products along with the different treatments.

I am not going to establish or start this business salon on my own because I think that it would be difficult for me to manage all things together alone, so this business is a partnership based along with one of my very close friend who is also good in Hair and Skin care treatments. (Teece, 2010)

There is no as such ideal customers, both men and women can come to the salon and have our different services in an affordable price. Kids and aged people won’t be allowed to visit this store because we only deal customers of age 20-40.

I believe that customers choose to visit our salon instead of the others who are in the competition because we have different deals for the customers that are pretty much economical and it would save the amount of our customers and they can get maximum services with the help of these deals and these deals would vary with the passage of time.

No as this is just a start of our business and we make some pure herbal products for skin and hair treatment, we don’t want to sell our beauty products to other countries for now. We may do it later but not for now. (Bharadwaj, 2013)

Chapter 5 and 6 of Business Plan Strategy

There are different areas of management that I believe will be the most important for my Hair and skin care salon, building of a strong team and I will obviously train them on my own according to my skills and needs. Innovation should be always present and I believe that this is the shop that may get tidy pretty soon and I should be responsible in keeping a check on it that it gets clean after few time to make it look clean.

Being the owner of hair and skin care salon there are some basic important management skills that are really important. Here I am in charge of making things under control. Some of the basic management skills are communication. Staff working in salon should communicate in a very nice way with the customers. Team building is another important factor and the last one is giving an appropriate training to the staff. It depends on the demand of customers and response of customers to see that whether these skills get changed or not. (Wingfield, 2008)

Like every other owner I also have some of the business goals in my mind which I want to fulfill. I want to satisfy the customers and this is my top most priority, I want them to be happy and satisfied with the services which we give them. I want to my salon to be famous. I want my team to work with full energy and give their best.

Thinking about the future I believe no one is really particular how things will work in the future time but I am sure because of our services and the products we use will raise the customers and this would definitely require a large group of employees. I don’t believe in the huge group of employees but I believe that every staff member should be properly skilled and trained. I guess 4-5 would be increased because it would be easy to train them.

Organization chart for business:

Decision making in my business hair and skin care salon would be decentralized. No doubt owners are the ones who take decisions but sometimes other staff employee can also give pretty good decisions and they carry much weight in them. (Lam, 2018)

No I don’t think in next 10 years my organization structure will be same. My salon would be very famous among the whole town. My team would definitely get expand and I would open my branch at other places as well.

Chapter 8 of Business Plan Strategy

I expect my employees to be kind and supportive. They should be honest not just with me but with the customers as well. They should treat them with full love and care and this is not just it they should also be fair enough in giving out consultations to them whoever asks them.

If I were able to measure the emotional intelligence for the employees, motivation is the most important one for me because if they get motivated and start loving their work only then they can achieve their goals and help in the expansion of business by keeping customers happy and satisfied. So motivation is very important for every employee.

Maslow’s needs hierarchy best explains motivation in the workplace, I will motivate my employees to work hard for my business by showing them how motivation and hard work gets paid off. Employees can only be motivated when they see that there leader is also motivated so this is how I will introduce it in my business venture.

No in my business plan, employees won’t be able to work from home because this is the kind of job which can’t be managed from home. Yes flexible hours of working will be given to the employees in two different shifts, morning and the evening one.
