Pop art or
popular culture gain popularity in mid-1950’s and start of 1960’s. The movement
gain popularity due to the popular imagery drawn by New York artists of that
time. Some of the notable names for this movement include Andy Warhol, Roy
Lichtenstein, James Rosenquist and Claes Oldenburg. The pop art became an
international phenomenon at that time. After the World War II the United States
was emerging as a booming economy and the teenagers of that time were regarded
