primary thinking is to access sustainability and to deliver an exceptional

integration of the service market from the holistic viewpoint of the system
thinking concept is used to represent the applied model for the adapting system
thinking. This presents the limitations and opportunities to reconsider the
work with better considerations. The role of customer service representatives
is to respond to the inquiries through the telephones, answer the customers'
needs, complaints, services and orders. Some other responsibilities are to
