I use to live in Kashmir as I was
born there. Its Kashmir in India that has a very conservative mind regarding Muslim’s
community there. For further studies and better future, I first moved to
Malaysia for work and then I got married to a Malaysian Muslin girl and then
shifted to Australia. During my movements, I have experienced different cultures
in different places. In my Australia 5 years working different cultures I use
to observe and Being a leader of a team in an organization I have to work under
different cultures and different behavioural people as we are a team. Working with
different cultures is very challenging as many of the times it happens that
different cultures have different views that help you out to explore more with
different minds.
The main thing is that making culturally
adverse team makes you explore more thinking ways, you must share your cultural
identity as it makes the realization broader. The identity elements will make
your work understanding easier than before and they have realized you about
what you have and what you must avoid. I am living in a different culture
atmosphere and I think I am comfortable and adjusted in it as there are many of
the times happens that you are working in a different cultural atmosphere and
you have some conflict so you must have different aspects to follow effectively
and efficiently. Moving to a different country is always a good initiative and
it makes your transition smoother once you keep on moving towards your betterment.
Diversity values very much in
making your culture strong and it keeps your working contribution improved regarding
making you and providing you with more explosive ideas and intellectuals. The
diversity in your culture makes your working more appropriate and allows you to
think out of the box. While once I had the experience to contribute in the working
of the diversity on a project so that this makes the things more innovative and
more highlighted as in they are going to help you out in making your atmosphere
more demanding and more improved.
A lot of stuff is there that keeps
your working in better cultural diversity improvement allowing you to have the
fastest innovations in your better approaches to become more efficient in
marinating different cultural diversified team. The members must be able to
discuss and have balanced working criteria and the main thing is that many of
the times different approaches makes a disturbance in working and there are
many of the times happens that you have to tackle some very wired situations
and it must be controlled otherwise you may lose your working decorum and you
must have to deal in the way you are using the best efficiency to have it in a
more demanding and more appropriate way to talk. This makes me a perfect for
this post as I have experience of spending my time in the different culture
having positive diversity in them.
