Solar Cooker with Double Reflectors
In this report, there is complete information about
the project related to the solar cooker with double reflector. In the start,
there is complete information about the scope of the project with relative
information about the timeline. In the next section, there is some information
about the Gantt chart of the project. This will give complete information about
the whole timeline of the project. After this, there is a complete work
breakdown structure for the required project. In the last part of the report, will
mention information about the communication plan of the project. This will

Scope of the project of Solar Cooker with Double Reflectors
The main scope of this project is to design Solar
Cooker with double reflectors for the cooking purposes. This will deal with the
complete detail and demonstration about the whole solar cooker. It will also
discuss what kind of initiative will be taken to decrease the price of the
solar cooker in a proper way. Moreover, the next thing is that how to make
ideal communication plan.

It can be noted that the design of solar cooker is not
an easy task. This is because it requires complete information about the design
parameters for the cooker. For this project, there is requirement of designing
a solar cooker with double reflectors. Due to this the first step is related to
the designing of solar panels. This is because the solar panel plates are the
main part of this project. Now the next step is related to the design of panels
in such way that will act like double reflectors. For that case, there is need
of proper calculation that will give complete information about the angle of
the double reflectors. Now after this in the next step, there is need of proper
measurement about the required project. This can be done through effective
calculation for the construction of complete cooker. After this step, there is
need to make complete schematic diagram of the whole project(William Dow, 2010).
This schematic diagram will provide information to the
mechanical team that will construct this cooker according to the required
design. Moreover, after this the next step is related to the mechanical team.
They are involved in the construction of this cooker according to the required
parameters. This cooker will be constructed in three days. Then the next stage
is related to the performance test of the cooker. In this step, different test
are performed on it and it is checked completely according to the required
parameters. After these tests, if cooker is able to complete the requirement
then efficient cooker is designed(William Dow, 2010).

The work breakdown structure is divided into three
main stages. The first stage is dealing with the design of solar cooker with
double reflector. Then after this, it is divided into two main parts. This
shows that the first part is dealing with the design of solar plates according
to the solar cooker parameters. It is dividing into next stage. In this stage,
there is complete calculation of the required parameters. Moreover, schematics
design of the solar plates with complete information. In the last stage, there
is complete information about the solar panel deign. This will complete the
first part of the work breakdown structure.
On the other hand, there is a need to design double
regulators for the solar cooker. It is divided into three main stages. In the
first one there is some calculations about the double reflector parameters.
Then the next stage deals with the schematics design of the double reflectors
and the last stage is dealing with its complete design(Henry A Hornstein, 2015).

Communication plan of Solar Cooker with Double Reflectors
After having deep analysis of previous
designs and results from literature review, we will prepare some modified
designs. I will work in collaboration with my supervisor. Various designs will
be considered for the solar cooker and theoretical investigation will be done
to optimize the performance. Based on initial discussion with the supervisor,
the cooker will have rear window opening that will regulate the temperature.
More than two changes in the positions will be carried out for the booster
mirrors. The new design will be verified after experimental implementation with
the conventional box type solar cooker.

Project uncertainty of Solar Cooker with Double

It is considered as important part of the
project. In the communication plan, three are some uncertainties related to the
project outcome. This is because the topic is related to the solar cooker
double beam reflectors. This shows that if there is any kind of issue in the
communication or research design plan. For that case, the complete problem will
be identified according to the required parameters. When the problem has been
identified, there is need to analyse this problem related to the project. For
the analysis, there is need to take help from the supervisor. This is because
through this it will become simple to analyse it. Moreover, supervisor will
provide proper information about the uncertainty. After this, he will also
provide some information to overcome this problem in a perfect way for the
project.
Conclusion of Solar Cooker with Double

Summing up all the discussion from above, it is
concluded that this report deals with the project management of the solar
cooker with double reflector. In this report, there is complete information
about this project. For that case, in the first part project scope has been
defined properly about the whole project. Then after this, there is complete
detail about the project time line with date and members list.
In the next part, there is some information about the
Gantt chart of this project. This chart is giving information about the whole
project. Overall, this project was quite easy to be completed on time. This is
because project team was quite concerned with the whole project. In the start
of this project, engineering team had faced some issues related to the design
of solar panels for double reflectors. It was not easy to calculate the correct
angle for the solar plates. When team was able to calculate the correct angle
then after this it will become extremely easy to proceed the project in a
proper way.
