Discussion on exporting O-rings to Columbia and other across the border

I reviewed the project and found different important things that we learned while exporting O-rings to Columbia and other across the border. I think the personal credibility while exporting is the biggest asset and the economy with multiple currencies. It was determined that people look for depth in competence traits for example fairness and honesty. Many use to conduct business with someone who remind them of themselves. Stakeholder use to see how much determines you are. Being worthy of trust help you find ways to earn more. on the other hand, the information provided on what matters to the stakeholders was outstanding. The concepts and perspectives of the stakeholder can allow you to greatly prepare for activating business for them. Building competitive job market and safety of the customer is important concern in developed countries especially. On the other hand, the project is showing countries which are still under developing, building trust is weaker phenomenon. In those countries there are other bugger concerns like poverty, job creation and improvement in quality of life. Failing to identify the need of training is one of the major factors that can fail us. There should be training center in order to teach skills to the people which can result in creating more jobs for the locals. Client will be able to compete the project faster by known the needs of the community.

In the last of this project, I have found, constantly messaging is harmful in this world of hyper connection. There should be general consistency like messaging on website, sharing information to public etc. being a leader mean everything that you do and say should be accurate, pure, and consistent. I think the identification of customer need in home country and across the border is very important and there should be the ability to differentiate both of them separately. When leader use voices to deal with local problems the most important thing is transparency. Being a leader who has the responsibility to conduct a business in other parts of the world it is important to know that the rules are changes. You cannot just imagine that people need whatever you have and you here assuming that they will trust you no matter what. It takes a lot of thoughts to earn the trust across the boarder and more careful planning and preparation is required
