To what extent do you agree with the results of the self-assessment?

I agree with the results of the self-assessments because according to this assessment, I have got a chance to evaluate myself and to know about the strength and weaknesses of my personality. I have observed that the openness to the experiences is my strongest strength because I always tried to find seeking for good ways to do things in smooth ways. The caring for others is one of my best qualities as well it has observed by me during evaluation. Sometimes it can be problematic to be optimistic and try to find out something good in others. But I always try to take care of others, and I like my quality.

This is the major extent due to which I strongly agree with the results of the self-assessment. In the results of the self-assessments, I can also observe the weaknesses that I want to overcome. According to my wellness, I am worried about the extent that is related to the things that are enhancing my level of un-comfortless. Those things which don’t allow me to relax. I am worried about my weakness because I always tried to run behind the things that cannot overcome by me even I knew that there must be space among me and things. But, I am, struggling for making me better for the determination to overcome my weakness, and I am focusing on to make my weakness as my strength (Rajeev Sharma, 2016).

What have you learned about yourself from the results of this self-assessment?

In the early age, I was engaged in various hobbies, and my area of interest was quite different from now. When I was a school going child,the book reading was my hobby, and I loved to read books. The value of the learning and reading the books has implanted in my personality from childhood by my parents. They had always encouraged me to book reading since I was you. In the carrier of my early schooling, everyone seemed as they taught the various and similar lifestyles that were not really apparent in my education now. I have learned a lot of thing about myself from the results of the self-assessment.

My habits of booking readings have encouraged me to pay attention to my courses work at a young age in my high schools. I realized that when I had to read textbooks for school, I learned a lot better than labs or regular notes.  Self-assessments are the good source by which I have to go to know about myself from childhood. The interesting my early age has become my carrier now. I love to book reading until now and is really enjoy when my professors assigned me the task of the case readings and its solutions (Greenockle, 2010).

How might you use the insight from this self-assessment to improve your professional practice?

Being a self-conscious person, I always tried to perform better at my workplace.  It does not sound like an easy task because there is serval external and internal task that have impacts on my professional practices. I have had personality traits that are depending upon on the jobs or positions. I have to change my personality traits, adapts new things that are required to achieve my good practice and performance at my workplace.  Its my personal belief that the self-assessment is referred s the very significant procedure for the professional and personal growth of the individual’s development. It gives us the opportunity for analyzing the abilities, real talents, interest and values of the individuals. This relevant information helps me measuring the suitable goals as well as attaining the carrier goals. The self-assessments assist us in understanding the personality and future goals of others (Embo, 2015).
