Safety is very important factor for all the employees and no matter what this is the responsibility of the CEO to make sure that nothing wrong happens to their employees. So here are some of the recommendations that can work to make sure about the safety of employees in an organization. Improving and then maintaining the safety culture is one long and difficult process but this doesn’t mean it’s not possible at all. It is possible. Here are some of the recommendations which can make sure that all of the employees in an organization are under safe organization and nothing to worry about.

Train all the employees in best ways:

Training needs to be given to all the employees and this training can be comprehensive and it is must to make sure for preventing the injury in workplace. This is the duty of CEO to ensure that all of the employees have an access to and complete all of the different safety trainings at their position. (Petitta, 2017)

Rewarding employees for maintain the safe behavior:

Rewards are one of the easy way for encouraging the safety in a workplace.
