  Scrum is the technique or the framework which is used to make the projects according to the defined goals and delivering new features in the end product in a very short time. The scrum method is very useful for the technique that can be used in construction projects. It provides help to teams to perform their tasks together. The minor changes were resolved and it was also tried to resolve big changes but the story card was shown to the client that the work is done according to your requirement. So, the construction project was completed and the client was happy to see the finished building.
