There are many characteristics and features that make you need the business entrepreneur, but followings are the three features to concentrate, so that must be applied by the businessman as an Operation manager in the business (Reid, Sanders., & R., 2015).

I am a business leader and working as operation manager, must be able to understandable the situations of employees that are valued resources of an organization.The delivery of more facts are not only thoughts before the constructive feedback and listening to the employees, but implemented by the leader on the teamwork. It shows that the relationship between the leadership and the member of the teams or creating different cultures that means team has strong interest. An operation manager must be ensured about the focus of organizational objectives that are focused to get the division of goals so that it could be easily attainable. In order to attain the goals, the operation leader must implement different flexibility and studies of the production to facilitate the cross functional communication and adaptability among the team members and different section of departments. The efficiency of Operation Leader is based in the concepts that are consumed less resources and get maximum output in the given time. An efficient project is based on the high output and lowest consumption of the input in, such as raw material and true cost of producing.

As I am working in the organizations to innovative and advanced environment of the business that ensured the value of progress and sources that are used in the specific project. The quality of product is based on the supplier that supply different parts of the product and the operation leader must be aware about the supplier and charge. Quality is the element that is admired by the customer and everyone wants to purchase the product that is based on the rules of quality and reliable for long-lasting. Some lower rejection rate to ensure that the parts of the product is based on the quality. Window present leaders pay great attention to the quality. It helps to motivate the employees and team members to work hardly to the give their best to the product. For example, Steve Jobs operated April and demand for high quality product and then now building with the better goodwill in the market. He had gained much benefit and portion of the market and captured the mind of customer. It is easily by setting high standards for the company and the project. It could be easy to creative mind different station in the mind of customers. Not only focusing on quality product helps the operation leaders to maintain better productivity in the teamwork, but it could also help to down the cost and maximize the gain and advantages in the market of competition, for example, testing in quality product to give internal and external failure cost that increase the profit and provide organization with flexibility and to make to the reductions and other changes in their competitive market.

Strongest operation leader for to ensure that the staff is encouraged and working better to get necessary requirements of the customers according to their requirement and maintaining health and safety issues. But there must be reliability and thoughtful concept of leadership and management based on involvement of human resource capital.
