The
methodology selected in this research is the analysis of data conducted with
past studies and experts’ researches. We are making a research design that will
explain its circumstances better and improved along with having great research
on the data following Nigerian banking reforms and facilities they are
providing to the clients. The research design should be related to the study
objective this thing must make sure before making research design. For the
present study nature, the explanatory research design is much suitable. For the quantitative environment of the study,
this design is also appropriate. The result is being conducted through the filling
of a questionnaire that not only provides every employee's views and their
performances can be judged so that the issues can be resolved and ideas for
better performance can be implemented efficiently.
The most suitable research method of
explanatory would be more suitable here as we are conducting quantitative
research. ANOVA, regression analysis, Cronbach’s alpha analysis test has been
going to conduct in this research method. The population of the present
research study is the employees of the Nigerian commercial banks and other
public sector organizations Lahore. The population would also include employees
who are working in the central bank of Nigeria. All of these employees are
registered and currently in service. Therefore, only those employees will be
taken into consideration which is currently employed and have an employment
record. employee task accomplishment and goal achievement on the organizational
performance would include the antecedents as well, in order to signify that the
results are a true depiction of the industry itself. The analysis through these
tests will highlight more properly about the issues and problems with clients
and among the banks that where they are actually lacking behind.

An original contribution to knowledge of Commercial Banks in
Nigeria
The
overall knowledge which is gathered in this research is that all the prospects
and all the things are going to highlight those situations or issues that are
making the facilities of banks towards customers inconvenient and making them
unsatisfied with the bank services. Banks have now made very different and
strict policies that are aiming only at collecting funds from employees and
hence increasing their commissions by receiving interests from them.
