And it is also very important that effective leadership implemented in the organization because if the employees do not follow a specific track then they never understand what is the actual requirement or demand of the organization and what is the productive skills and requirement that helps in achieving the goal of organization and also promote the skills of the employees. So an effective system and processes are the major part of the organization and every part must be working in a smooth way.

It might possible that one product which is very popular in the one segment but it's not popular in the other segment.
