Assignment on Internship Summary

During my internship career in the organization I have experience about with the development of my skills and I was able to get experience in the improvement of my skills. Although there was difficult and challenging environment for me to gain the valuable skills and develop my knowledge, but it could be done through forming better to learn in the challenging environment. I have an internship program for six month in an audit form that is based on audit of different kinds of organization based on public as well as private organizations. As I am student of certified accountancy that’s why I select to do my internship in audit firm. This internship helps me to explore my knowledge as well as my professional skills that could help mean to interpersonal, communicate with the different kinds of professional and give me confidence that I could work with the higher authorities. I hope, by completing this internship I will be able to get a better job in the market and could utilize my skills in better way.

Describe one ethical dilemma that you have encountered during your internship. What did you learn from this?

While working on the same place, there are many conflicts that could arise among the workers, such as ethical or behavioral that must not be fulfilled by the workers. In the past decades, I think so ethical dilemmas are not ignored in the business entity and considered at the first priority in the highest standard of the business. One of the major issues in the human capabilities is to increase the use of Technology that could cause to ignore the ethical and moral behavior of the humans. This causes element that many people face, acting certain way to get the better work in the workplace. I have yet to come across an ethical dilemma during my internship. But I am sure that I will select to do right things that could not be ashamed afterwards.

 Listening to the small and little whispers is important because it tells you what the professionalism is requiring you to form the game of mind and physical attention. It is important to stays clean and need to assess the privacy of the people and to do not disturb with your Unethical behavior. It is also very significant to keep my promise during the internship and on working with the different projects. I will consume my time according to my honesty and promises with that year. I believe that ethical behavior are very important in the working environment and I will not hesitate to speak against them wrong and it will be helpful to build strong ethics and able of best improvement in the supervisory of the work.

Describe one instance of an either positive or negative interpersonal interaction during your internship. What did you learn from this?

During my internship I have experience that there are different type of people that could behave negatively and positively both. I have experience with both negative and positive interaction with the persons who are working with me at this workplace. As far as concerned with the post, if I met with an incident that the manager of the department in which I was working was very honest and determinant to his work. I personally thought that person he was sincere with the work and effort for lot of Time he was dealing with the work and problems with complete heartedly. As concerned with the negative interpersonal interaction, once I was a little bit late from the work and just explain to my senior executives, he scold me for being late and I just keep quiet, But after some days there were different kinds of late Comers and he did not even bother to say them. I was surprised that there is sure employee’s discrimination that is not a good sign in the organization. The head of seniors do favoritism to the employees who are favorite to them and. Treat badly who are not according to their services. From both aspect of positive and negative, I learned that organization is a place where you have some positive and negative interactions between the other employees. So you should be able to handle the situation according to the next person in front of you.

Describe the organizational culture of your workplace. Do you think this is a strong and enjoyable culture?

As I have worked in an article forms that are based on the audit of different companies, therefore I could explain the organizational culture in very simple view. Organization culture was based on the head of the Department and other subordinates were working with different kinds of audit forms. There were different kinds of people who were working with each other and some have facing the conflicts between them and some are very sincere to each other. Overall, the culture of bug transition is based on ethical and morally good and all the employees are treating each other with like a family. I found it enjoyable as the culture of the organization is just like the home and professional mixture. I consider it learning as well as the environment that could be enjoyable in the hours of difficult.

How has the Covid-19 pandemic impacted your internship? How has it impacted the organization that you work for the industry? What do you think the recovery will look like?

The pandemic situation of coronavirus has impacted on all the businesses and internships as well as with the student life of the people in the country as well as in the world. All businesses and other work or impacted by the coronavirus and people are not free to work and come and go with their work. So pandemic situation also impacted my internship as my internship was along for six months, but I just completed in four months due to coronavirus as all the business forms have been shut down. The business of Shopping malls and shops are affected by coronavirus and this situation shows that there are many businesses that are going into loss and people are affecting to gain the profit as well as it to breakeven point. By analyzing the situation or for cases that are arising day by day, I think that recovery will be born in the month of July and the country will free from the coronavirus in the month of August, September.
