Discussion on the Topic Research

My topic of research is impact of leadership and on the employee satisfaction. The topic is covering all the criteria and field of interest of the workplace and every business have to interact with the leadership and the employee satisfaction problems. I want to write about this topic for the purpose such as it is a complete guideline for the leaders and the management of the companies to guide the employees in better way to gain the conflict free environment in the company. The research question of my topic is it. What is the impact of leadership style on the employee satisfaction? As concerned with the writing about this topic is that I want to write about the leadership impact and this trials offer different leadership theories that are helpful to attain the satisfaction of the employees at work place. It is helpful to learn about the different aspect of leadership and the styles that are implemented in different situations of the company.

I admit that the currently I have less knowledge about the argument for the research, but in general sense if I select any Topics such as other factors that influence impact on the performance of the employees. But I slept their topic. For the purpose, there are many departments that are facing the difficulty of their handling of workforce in our teamwork. Further, if I have argument knowledge and I surely select that topic as it is helpful in any field of life. It is not about the topic or it is all about stuff knowledge. If we have no knowledge about the topic, we could not be able to argue on the positive and negative impacts of the specific topic. Therefore, it is compulsory that the topic you have been selecting must be able to prescribe by your own words.

If the topic of leadership impact and the employee satisfaction is not selected, then I will try to select a new topic that relates to my subjects and based on the criteria of interest and the interest may be related with the personal order any other liking disliking. Beside the topic of leadership and impact of leadership on the employee satisfaction, I would like to choose charity work in different social worker agencies.
