Introduction
What
is the title of your research?
The title of the
project is the “sustainability project management” which starts with the value
system of the company and principled approach for the management of the
programs and portfolio.
Why
are you undertaking the research?
The main aim for
performing research on the “sustainability project management” of
online development system is to manage the project and to introduce the
effective management in the policies, resources and operations with the
considerations for the future business. Furthermore, it will provide several
business benefits to the “sustainability project management” companies
but the development of this project is a challenging task and it should have to
be sustainable. As the project large, it needs proper team, resources as well
as supervision that can be fulfilled by project management.
What
will be the gain in knowledge?
The benefit of performing
research on this area will provide a better understanding of project management
sustainability especially team management and its operations for effective
business.
Literature
Scope
What
theoretical issues will you examine?
There are some
different types of issues related to sustainability which are examined in suitability
management. Most of suitability management have to face difficulty to fulfil the
transparency demands of the consumers. The biggest main problems faced by the suitability
management industry are lack of supply chain management, inventory management,
difficulties in the promotion as well as difficulties in tracking and
responding to the demand signal in real-time.
Based on the above, which are your research questions
The research
questions of this research based on the above statement describing the issues.
1.
How accurate are the
inventory records?
2.
How does the suitability
management meet with customer demand?
3.
How suitability management
is effectively handle supply chain of the company because sustainability is
essential and manage overall inventory?
Literature Review of Project Management Proposal
As Hurt & Thomas
(2009) described that there are several types of companies attempting as well
as obtaining the value form the investments within the project management.
Furthermore, it haven been resulted by such kind of investments in the
immediate growth as well as decease of the project management offices.
Although, the ambiguous picture of the value case is provided by the resent
research on the PMOs as well as it also recommends the unsubstantiated
condition of the existing position within several companies. The researchers
further choose to utilize the three different types of cases during researching
on the implementations for sustainability project management of the project and
it was analysed with the different organizations the to study how the PMOs are
interlinked with the realization of value for the organizations that is
investing in the project management. Furthermore, the researchers wanted to
take better understanding of how the project management offices deliver
sustained the value to the specific organizations. In the last of this study,
the researchers of this study have explored such kind of cases to learn how to
make and sustain the value of management by using the investment in the project
management offices (Hurt & Thomas, 2009).
Baran
& Yıldız (2015) described in their research that it
is significant to be successful product development as well as the capability
to give an immediate response to the customer demand in the company. The
companies and the suitability management apply
the quality function deployment to make an effective plan activity to meet the
requirements of the customer into the service design as well as the product
design process. The competitive advantage is provided by the quality function
deployment to the organization according to the expectation of the services or
the products through mining the time of deployment in the suitability management. For the service or the product, the
prime focus of the research is providing the brief information of the requests
of the customer as well as to enhance the loyalty or customer satisfaction by
leading the quality function deployment methodology. For the assessment, the
quality function deployment application was also completed on to the suitability
management for making the
assessment that depends on opponents as well as for the identification of the
current needs related to the demands of the customers. It applies the quality
function deployment practicality to the suitability management. At the global level, the traditional
manufacturing and managing environment may considerably be represented by the
company. In the suitability management, it evaluated the quality house where the application of
quality function deployment made. In findings of this research, the user
equipment as well as customer relationships for how to satisfy demands of the
customer are satisfied that considers the fact of the current state to the suitability
as well as the suitability
management (Tharp, , 2012)
As described by
Srivastava (2007) that it is the growing need for environmental integration
choice of sound within the practice as well as the research of supply chain
management. For the green supply chain management, the research study is
uncovering the information of the reference frame is not sufficiently designed
and developed. Furthermore, the regulatory bodies of this system effectively
express some regulations to meet the ecological as well as societal concerns to
provide the facility of a growing economy as well as a business also suffer
because of its absence. The brief classification to help the practitioners,
software, or system developers as well as the researchers to understand the
integrated green supply chain management form the broader perspective is
required. Although, important knowledge for the system in the form of the
research article is available for authorization of this kind of classification.
The integrated and fresh look is taken by this study int the green supply chain
management area. It exhaustively covers by this study on the green supply chain
management from the conceptualization that primarily taking the reverse
logistics angle. It classifies the green supply chain management on problem
basis in the primary influential areas of the supply chain by using the
research body plus previous reviews which had comparatively restricted
perspectives. Based on the methodology as well as approach, it is also
classified. Several mathematical techniques, as well as tools which are used in
the supply chain management research, are mapped. As the ready reference, it
also provides a timeline that indicates the relevant paper. In the last of this
research literature, significant interpretations and the results are discussed
along with the main opportunities as well as the issues in the research (Srivastava, 2007).
As Armenia et al (2019), stated about the problem and
the solution of the suitability management in
their research. The research study is providing information on the exploratory qualitative
research within the existing supply chain risk management approach into the industry
suitability management.
The research identified that the industry of suitability management depends heavily on imports from
overseas suppliers as well as the other countries for the raw material in the
big amount which is needed by the suitability management. The dominant power is held by such
suppliers in the industry of suitability management. In the findings, it is identified
that the suitability management have limited room to switch in the particular disruptive conditions for
contingency suppliers like such as earth quack or any natural disaster. Therefore,
the research on the suitability management and supply chain management issue is showing that the
vulnerability has been increased by the suitability management because of the health standards, management
safety as well as increasing awareness of the customers regarding safety
problems (Armenia et al , 2019).
