Engineers are required to have understandable reviews from top managers to
solve the problems. Furthermore, in this case instead of emails and phone
discussions, the use of non-verbal communication can be more productive.
Lastly, having an easy approach to high-level or above direction communication
will help to transfer the issues and other information conveniently.

apply Big Five Model for linking each character to a particular role to

results at work. Moreover, there are terminal values which are considered to
convenience both groups (Employee and patients), and Instrumental values which
could be working on Employee features/ traits like honesty, ethics through
training. That's why, right positioning of employees will lead to better job
commitment and they will be more satisfied and flexible. The more open or
flexible the employees are, the more engaging and loyal the customer will be
