Project Management of fibre optics Co SAOC company in Oman
There is a number of parameters that
are required to be considered in the fiber installation project such as
material, safety, and services. The new installation of fiber optics requires
proper project management considerations. The prime concern of the report is to
identify the possible alternating manufacturing strategies, tools and techniques
(Fiberplusinc. com, 2016). Oman fiber optics
Co is using innovative tools and latest technologies. For the installation of a
new program, it is important to consider details of the optic cabling system. The
plans are required to be perfect with limited issues related to the
installation process. The RCDD or Registered Communications Distribution Designer are
required to make sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently (Fiberplusinc. com, 2016).

Continues
inspection of Operations and
Project Management of fibre optics Co SAOC company in Oman
In Oman fiber optics, the working principle
is under the specified laws of Oman and it cannot be altered. For instance, in
many urban areas of Oman, there are specific laws about the aerial fibre
deployment. Since the strategy is effective in working but it requires space
and time to strengthen the process. The implementation of such conditions in
the designing and manufacturing requires local planning authorities to consider
the system and requirement in these regions. Therefore, the company is required
to develop products for the regional areas and urban areas. The designing and
manufacturing process are different for both regions. The proper designing
tools, techniques and machines are required to support the services (Lucarelli, Laurini, & Berardinis, 2019).

handed to the experienced workers of the Oman fiber optics. If required, the
staff members are supposed to undergo through the practical training of the
types and installation process of optic fibre cables, accessories and closure.
The overall working agenda is to improve the manufacturing and designing of
fiber optics in Oman fiber optics (Lucarelli, Laurini, & Berardinis, 2019). The process
consists of different steps including approval of the work plan, hiring of
experienced workers to work on the worksites, development of the manuals, and
achievement of the project. During the project implementation period, the
manager is required to understand the FTTX technology by having internal and
external meetings. The most important section of the project is adequate
operation and maintenance of the workload. The management and operation of the
database system reflect the success of the project therefore, experienced
managers are delivering services in designing and construction access networks (Yin, Ruffin, & Yu, 2017).

The network diagram of the present
project is given below in figure 1. The power budget is considered for
different components including transmitters, connector, splice, and receivers
that will be connected by the fiber optics. The cost of fiber optics working
depends on the distance from the transmitter. The figure 1 illustrates the
possible issues and errors in the transmission process through fiber optics.
Oman fiber optics is working to reduce fiber optics losses, splice loss,
connector loss, power loss, and link loss (Teleste. com, 2020). The main concern is to overcome the
losses and improve output power, high sustainability at the transmitter and
receiver end and sustainability in the margin.

Risk
assessment of Operations and
Project Management of fibre optics Co SAOC company in Oman
The services delivered by Oman fiber
optics are delicate and it requires proper planning and execution with the best
tools and technologies. Considering the analysis, there are some possible risk
issues that can impact the services and outcomes. One of the major issues comes
in the planning of safety because it is mainly dependent on the individuals and
the analysis do not use interferences on the abilities to reduce the risk
issues for the workers. The project considered different build sites with
detailed studies and concluded that it requires provisional work conditions in
a correct sequence (Yin, Ruffin, & Yu, 2017; Lucarelli, Laurini,
& Berardinis, 2019).
The security plan is required to be considered
to prevent risk issues. There are some coordination planning and methodological
tools that enhance risk management. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is
required to be used for the high control of supervision in the work. Working strictly
under the rules and instructions can reduce the risk and delicacy in the work. The
proper project assistance and installation guideline are required to be
considered in Oman fiber optics Co (Yin, Ruffin, & Yu, 2017).
