of the Professional Identity
The
aim of this report is to provide deep insights regarding professional identity.
The paper has provided detailed information regarding personal branding with the
help of three circle theory. The first circle describes the organization's
needs. The second circle describes the competitors offering whereas the third
circle provides personal skill information. I possess different personal
abilities that are according to the organizational needs. the personal
abilities that i would like to mention here are leadership abilities, critical
thinking skills, creativity, and communication skills. some of the other
abilities are competition offering capabilities that distinguish me from
others. These personal abilities include effective usage of technology in real
life, stress management at workplace, communication skills, and capability to
analyze the customer behavior. The personal branding includes effective
communication skills, problem solving skills, able to understand the needs of
customers, and emotional intelligence. the abilities distinguish me from others
and make me capable to cope with organizational issues.

looking for such marketing graduates who have leadership skills and abilities. Marketing
managers have to lead employees who are working with them. if the marketing
managers do not possess leadership skills than unfortunately the marketing
manager will unable to influence the sales team and marketing team. Therefore
it is important that marketing graduates have the skills which are important
for leading the marketing team. With these skills not only the marketing
manager will able to promote the product efficiently but also the
organization’s goal of creating a brand image in the mind of customers will be
fulfilled efficiently (Simons, 2011).
