Based on the discussion, it is mentioned in the cases study
that the company has the quality manual providing the overall framework of the
quality. The company used the plan, perform and the check. Some important quality
criteria are identified to use in the project. Every employee in the company
must be trained properly to perform the tasks in effective manner for successful
implementation. The technology and equipment should be relatively easy for the
employees to provide technical support and easy to use. The technology must be
audited to determine other significant peripherals or equipment is needed to
update the technology.

the email is to explain quality assurance tools, methods or techniques. To
manage the quality of the project, project quality assurance process is
required in which the values are validated and verified to check the accuracy
of the project whether it is working correctly or not.
There are several types of quality tools for the quality assurance
methods but only two are mentioned which can be best for the project. The quality
assurance tools are cause and effect diagrams, and flowcharting. The cause and
effect diagrams are also known as root cause analysis which is used to identify
the actual cause the error. On the other side, the flow charts provides the exact
information what the system should do now.
Part C – Quality management: The quality management
method which will be used in the project, is the six sigma quality management
method. To implement the six sigma approach on the project, some important
steps will be followed. The burning platform will be created because it can
effectively address the problems. The resources will be put into the place at
and the methodology will be explained for the project. The activities will be
prioritized and the efforts of six sigma are linked to business goals. The
ownership for the project quality assurance will be established by taking the
right measurements in the project. The program will be governed and the
contributions will be recognized.
In the process of six sigma, there are five main steps exist
which are used to manage the quality of the project. First of all, the problems
will be defined in the quality management process which will be required to be
measured and calculated to identify the impact. After measurement of the
defined problems, they will be analyzed and then the affective components will
be improved and then control.
