Assignment on Strategic Plan for Tasmanian Corrections

From government Tasmanians needed the most interacts regarding the corrections in their current system. To provide economic and social benefits to people and to improve their lives this plan offers significant opportunities. To carry out the implementation of such plan, proper classification is very much important as when you classify the departments and working on the departments, you will be able to manage the maximum workings and you will work more efficiently on every aspect more perfectly. The main areas to focus on Tasmania corrections is towards poverty and unemployment, mental illness and education as a must. These four issues are the main that needs high concentration and quick focus to be amended and corrected appropriately and efficiently (Justice.Tas.Gov, 2011).

The system that is going to be implemented as a correctional system must be the safest and secure for the people as well. After this system, they can get the security of their rights and efficiently accomplishment towards achievements of their goals.  Individuals like special people and prisoners or any other people having mental illness used to have special kind of challenges as they needed to be treated differently and they must be given special rights so that they can enjoy their lives properly. For example, people are suffering from any kind of mental illness are facing educational issues or they are facing medicines or proper medical issues which is making their lives more problematic and allowing them to face difficulties.

Our correctional system is highly focused on the rights and facilities for special persons, individuals having a mental illness as they have less capacity to raise their voices on their rights. Their mental illnesses and their disabilities make them far away from normal persons. The Tasmanian correctional system has a special place for them and this makes them more beneficial and friendly towards their help and support. The offending behaviour of Tasmanian people will be supported and programs are provided to go through this effective correctional program. As people always needed moral support and sometimes financial support to improve the leading productive lives chances of them. Special population always needed special protocol and special care to live peacefully in the community. They have special education which they can get to be confident to live, this education is somehow expensive compared to normal people (Muhlhausen, 2018).

This issue can be resolved by considering the help of government that makes the help of such plan making communities by giving them financial aid. The help of government will make the workings easy and effective as this makes them work under highly effective and efficient working experiences and with special aiding facilities and equipment’s as well. The overall program will not only help the community regarding food, education and shelter facilities to normal people but to the special individuals including having a mental illness and having problems regarding any of their living ways. The special people needed special importance and our correctional plan will provide them with special things effectively and efficiently.
