Different services are mainly being given by this company at different areas like on every shipment, relocation of the packages internationally and domestically in both ways and moving them from one place to the other as well. Aim and Objectives of this research

Aim of this study is to know about the performance of a company that has been introduced recently and the name of that company is Allied Logistics. More importantly this whole study will help to evaluate about the challenges that are being faced on the daily basis which also prevents to perform in the future time period. This study will also help out a company for working on some of the weak areas which needs to be done for improving and making betterments in a company for the future time period.

Research methodology is one of the method or technique that is used to know, identify, select, process as well as analyze each and every kind of the information that is associated with any certain topic. In this part main aim is to find out about certain challenges which are faced by the people to avail the facility through this company with certain challenges that are being faced. This research methodology is being characterized in f is the process or technique which is being used for the identification, selection, processing and analyzing all of the information related to a particular topic. This research methodology is being divided into four different parts:

Quantitative survey is like a survey where different researchers can ask about the same or particular question that is in the written form. Same kind of the question is being asked through different people from areas that are not same along with the age groups that also vary. This happens to get the answers that are different from one another. (Kumar, 2019)

Here in this area, questionnaires are involved in the quantitative survey.

There are people who think that questionnaire survey is the one that is easy in contrast to different other kind of the research but the reality is that they are not. Reason is that in questionnaire survey, different kind of the questions are being supposed to be made out related to the topic and other factors also have to be kept in mind like age, sex and area of the people to be part of research. Some questions were also being made part of a questionnaire that were open ended and it means people can share their ideas and reviews easily without getting bound. Tall of the questions were not closed ended that gets an answer like “Yes”, “NO” or “May be”. When closed ended questions become part of the questionnaire then there is no benefit of doing research because no additional information would be obtained at any point. Open ended questions are the ones that are being used or mentioned specifically due to a reason that audience can easily tell about their opinion and share their ideas as well, this gives a good impression. It also helps in making interpretation about the results in a certain different ways.

Here in a research, sampling methodology has been used. What is sampling method means here? Well answer is that it is selective, subjective or the judgmental sampling too. It is a type where researchers completely depends upon their own thinking to make other people get involved in the research. Important reason due to which this sampling method is being used is to focus on certain characters of a population that lives in specific area through which research is being done. Population is the one that helps to answer out the questions which seems to be suitable for research. This is the kind of research where questionnaire is one of the best way to answer out the questions in a best way.

By the use of well-defined data of the questionnaire got collected through the number of different people that also include the employees of Allied Logistics. Members were being connected through the help of social media because this is one of the platform that is being used widely. After the communication process, they were being called at specific area at certain time, different people were being called at different time just to make sure that no hustle bustle takes place and everything remains quite and calm without any major difficulty. When they got reached, each member were asked to fill out the questionnaire appropriately. They were also given proper help to make sure they get to understand about each and every question in better way to make sure they can answer them correctly. Researchers explained each and every part to answer every query only due to a reason that they can answer questions in the best way to avoid any mistake. Closed ended questions are the ones that don’t give accurate questions so it is very essential that whenever things are to be made appropriately or make final decisions, make sure to add open ended questions because it helps in solving out the different difficulties and one can also know that what are the problems that are seen or faced by the locals living around. Doing this research was not an easy task at all, we faced number of different difficulties and hurdles as every research is not easy to be done. It took a lot effort to make questions for the questionnaires, cost was being invested on huge scale in making of the questionnaire because many copies were being made up. Out of everyone, there were different people who got afraid that why this data is being filled by them and many among them refused to share their identity and fill out the questionnaires as well. People were not relaxed or satisfied in filling out the questionnaires as they thought there data may get leaked on internet in no time. They were afraid of sharing their personal information so we made sure and gave them confidence that no matter what this won’t be the part to get posted on internet or anything like this to made them feel relaxed and satisfied as well.

To conclude out the results, two different methods were used. Names of those methods include:

1. Chi-square tests

2. Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests

Through the use of these methods, regression analysis is also the one that was being used for getting the appropriate results. By the use of these methods, results were concluded to be the best and we didn’t face any difficulty for concluding the results through the use of all these methods. At first place we had difficulty in using these methods but with the passage of time and doing practice on it, things started getting better and these methods seems to be much easy. These methods were the best one’s in concluding out the final results.

Companies face different challenges in getting settled, same is the case with Allied Logistics in Oman. But this is the Company that has struggled a lot and have made their roots pretty strong in the community. This all happened because they have a very strong motive and mission to provide best services to the people through all means and to satisfy them as well. Allied Logistics is the company that satisfied the large scale of customers in a very short time duration. They are giving all of their best efforts but along with this they have also faced number of different challenges which they faced in a great way and didn’t let their hopes get down. This is what made them successful and stand in the community.
