After this, in the next step, the HR manager has to gather important resources for properly completing this task. This can be done by just listing these tasks for the development activities. In these resources, the time, fund and other training materials. All of these resources will play an important role before writing a development goal.

Then in the next step, the HR manager has to define metrics of performance properly. In this step, the HR manager will measure different parameters for measuring development plan. Measuring development goal is extremely important for the organization. Through this, it will be easy to implement the development plan. There are different and important ways to measure development goals. The first way is to measure the completion of different development activities; then through this, it will be easy to complete the different task for achieving that goal.

The next way is that after development activities make some change in the performance of the task.
