Self-reflection Essay

I would like to express my personality traits including strong key attributes and weaknesses. I am working hard to improve my personality and communication skills. I am highly driven and ambitious towards my life goals and aims. I find myself on challenges and constantly set my goals to keep myself striving towards.  I agree that I am not always satisfied and comfortable with the settings, therefore, I am looking towards better and attractive opportunities.  Regarding my previous role, I was always looking for a better opportunity to achieve more greatness, therefore, I was promoted two times in a year. I am highly passionate about my work and I love to do my work. My interest in my work and my passion lead to challenging myself to improve my skills. For instance, I taught myself to remain calm and courteous at the workplace. 

I am highly organized and result-oriented person. I enjoy interacting with people frequently and team-oriented environments. I admit that being creative and analytical to solve problems I often intend to search some short ways to boost up the process and I consider myself good in searching solutions. I am used to working on handling high pressure situations and multitasking processes. Therefore, I look forward to overcoming the challenges and to handle the situations.  I intend to remain courteous but still, I am terrible in communication skills. But I know when and how to ask for help And I Don't Stay quiet in case if I need any assistance or help in doing projects. while highlighting my professional skills and strengths I am confident that I can go up to the benchmark of characteristics and qualities required by a good employee. I am comfortable in adjusting with others to face unexpected challenges.
