As well as if anyone required to bandage a schedule then they should take into account about this technique mainly because fast tracking mainly did not include any type of cost. On the other hand, crashing is the technique which has been utilized while the fast-tracking technique did not save more time on the project schedule. As well as along with this technique resources have been added within the project up to the least possible cost. Moreover, it has been noticed that crashing is (Ballesteros & Elamrousy, 2019) quite effective due to more resources which has been added in to the project. In this it has been mentioned that the reality of project management is that which is required to poultice the project schedule and to give the project’s product, services and findings sooner than actual planned.
