II) Is it possible to make
amendments in this plan? When and why?
The project plan which is given in
this document can be changed but the project manager should have to wait for
the project revision after submitting the proposal. The project management team
canmake several types of changes in the project plan. Due to the such kind of
amendments into the project plan, it is possible change other things or complete
plan during making changes into the project plan. They making changes into
other activities as well as into plan document can be very hard for the management
and administration. They reason of making amendments into the project plan is
that the clients may require (Schwaber, 2004)
some additional things into the project and in some cases, the project
management team did not estimate the time perfectly because of mismanagement in
the communication. So, the plan needs some changes.
IV ) State the purpose of HR
Management Plan.
Every project and the company in
the world need the human resource management department and the human resources
plan to make the company and the project successful. The plan of the human
resource can be very useful for the project because it has many activities
which are involved to boost the speed of the project and the can be helpful to
give support those areas where the progress is not so high. In other words, the
plan of HR management is essential to make the project successful. It has also
different other reasons or purposes. The main and major purpose of the HR
management plan is that it purely focuses on the roles and the responsibilities
of every project team member as well as every project stakeholder. It can
better define and assign even fill the relevant positions in the company within
a project. Another purpose of the human resource planning is to give authority
to the managers and leaders to the manage all of the assigned resources of the
company including they can also manage every employee for performing different
tasks. By giving the authority the leader, the manager will become able to take
more effective decisions for the company as well as he can reduce the cost and
the minimize the waste of resources in the project. In the last, every aspect
of the project will be covered by the plan of human resource to strengthen
employees to increase their productivity.

the meeting and asked his opinion related to those issues. Every issue occurred
in the project during, pre or post development, should be documented and
logged. The risk management strategy should be very strong (Kerzner, 2002).
