There is the third category as well, which shows persistence in taking new ideas & information.

b) There are so many things, which can influence their response. For instance, the cultural differences, as well as differences in values, can impact their response. The situation can also make an effect as well, like setting or environment of a meeting.

Answer:

It is personal choice of a person to use different ways to communicate as per his/her personality. They need good communication, effective body language, and good confidence, and they can debate through writing, oral speech or visual presentation.

The first risk for any debate is that you don’t know the mindset of the audience, so discussing any topic can be a risk. Secondly, you take a risk because the audience may have an opposite view or cultural differences, which may not attract them at all

a) The role of storytelling is crucial in telling ideas because when ideas are presented with a story, it engages the listener, and he takes keen interest to listen to ideas. Storytelling also helps listeners to relate to those ideas because they are paying full attention.

b) A person can use different storytelling techniques, and two of the most common techniques are; making it personal & relatable and adding an element of surprise

How would you tailor comments to a particular audience? Provide at least two practical examples. Length: 60 words

Answer:

It is important for the person to deal with a particular audience as per their dynamics. For example, if the audience is teenagers and young people, then social media can be used to tailor a message for this audience. But if the audience belongs to an old age segment, then using press releases or press notes is more suitable.
