As you all know that I am working in this company for the last 15 years and achieve different grades in the organization by giving excellent performance in the company. And from the previous two years, I am working in the company on the post of COO, and you all know that I'm entirely honest with my job and work hard in the company, and I’ve fulfilled all my responsibilities and duties. And now I’ve heard that there is a post available for the CEO. And the company is finding a new CEO in the next few months. And I will also put myself a participant for this vacancy as I am interested in doing this job. And I've thought that I’m also applicable for this seat. And I’m done my masters in MBA. And the MBA is an appropriate degree, and degree moreover fulfills the requirement. And I can lead and manage the team members in the well-mannered way and lead the company toward success. I'm was interested in doing this job because I'm having excellent communication skills and active listening. And I've also effectively communicated with others and other coworkers can quickly understand what I’m saying. And I'm also an active listener and listen to the problem of the team carefully and try to solve the issues fairly. And I'm a very confident person and maintain excellent eye contact with others.

I’m also a great creative thinker, and I believe that I can bring something new to the world. I can visualize the world with different perceptions. I’m a creative thinker and evaluate things from their depth. I would also handle the critical situation quickly and calmly. I believe in finding new ways instead of just working on the previous method. And I can efficiently treat risky cases and gave the appropriate solution. the most important thing is that critical thinking for any COO is extremely important. The main reason is that he has to solve important problems of the organization in a perfect way. through the help of critical thinking, it will become extremely easy to analyze the main problem and also apply the solution in an efficient way. in the organization, I have seen its critical thinking skills in  the organization, when a new business strategy is entered in the market. then there is a need for a proper plan to analyzed this plan for the company. The COO is involved in using these skills and makes a perfect plan through his critical thinking.

The next thing is related to problem-solving skills. It can be noted that these skills are extremely important for any COO. In that case, the COO has to be confident and also able to solve any kind of problem. In that case, he has to be ready for any kind of future problem. during the case of financial auditing, there is a huge problem in different problems of the organization. if this problem is not resolved within 2 weeks, then it will become extremely difficult for the company to achieve its annual goals. To solve this problem, the COO has used his problem-solving skills in an effective way by analyzing all financial data perfectly.
