that workplaces follow, and this makes the atmosphere of working different and
intellectual as well. Several things are there that make the workplace
environment positive and determined as they are going to work together, so if
the Organization has the best atmosphere, only they can be able to get the best
atmosphere in that Organization. Several things included communication with
each other so that all the items cleared while starting work, and this makes
the working to be more appropriate and successful to work (Davis, 2019).
Technical communication includes
engaging the scientific and technical departments' conversations with each
other so that they can get the required information to their desired department
at an accurate timing. Communication is an important life skill that is not
only required in personal life but also in the profession, workplace, and
business realm. Depending on the nature of the job, interactions with customers
or other people may require excellent communication while handling complex
issues that need clear explanations. The level of communication skills
possessed by the employees can determine the level of success that the company
will attain in the end. It is difficult to achieve success in either business
or professional field without excellent communication skills since they are part
of the marketing strategy.
However, we realize that the latter
not fully implemented in some countries. According to Organization's
sustainability report, 89% of its facilities are compliant, meaning that the
Organization has not successfully fulfilled its corporate culture, thus
explaining the cases in Indonesia and Haiti. There is a need to ensure that Organization
as a company respects human rights since failure to do so will derail the
company’s prospect of marketing its brand to other countries. The disregard for
human rights by the company will send a negative message to the global
community. Thus its popularity will significantly decline. Violation of human
rights can be costly to any organization since trade unions can sue the firm
resulting in paying large sums of money for the damage. The competitors can use
this as a weapon to eliminate the challenge. However, contracting private
bottling companies in different countries can be costly to Organization since
the partners are the ones who have been reported to be the biggest violators of
human rights (Mindtools.com, 2018).

Empathy is that kind of
understanding of people’s emotions and feelings in which one claims that they
understand others Perspective and claiming that they know very well what other
has in its inside. The essential concepts of communication center on three
significant aspects which are; interpersonal communication, professional
presentations and meetings, and business protocol for professionals. The
critical ideas in communication center on three vital elements which are;

devices. However, in writing technical instructions, people fail to interpret
instructions for various reasons where the technical format is the major
concern. Designing a user or reader –friendly document involves proper
numbering, font consistency, style and proper spacing to facilitate the flow of
a given procedure and understanding of instructions (Parker, 2019).
Additionally,
when explaining a particular procedure in a technical document like the
commonly use word document, major segments of instructions such as the
headings, subheadings, the main points should be numbered, highlighted and
underlined. Numbering provides the reader with a procedural follow of
directions that aims at a given operational procedure. In most cases,
especially at work places, work procedures are connected and related in one way
or another in that inconsistency may affect the operational outcome.
In my experience in writing
instructions, when giving instructions in a written digital document, there is
always a problem of writing an incomplete procedure and exclusion of the most
important segments of a certain instruction or typing errors that presents
misspelled or mis written words a factor that leads to change in the meaning of
the instructions. Furthermore, instructors sometimes fail to use appropriate
visuals necessary for interpreting important procedures. There is a wide range
of visuals that can be used as a strategy for technical communication to
workers when giving instructions (CCL.Org, 2018).
Some of these visuals range from the use of
images, short clips and videos, infographics, memes presentations to digital screenshot
to show evidence of the instruction outcome. Apart from the ordinary online
instructions such Microsoft word and apple, are there any other type of
instructions that can be accessed online? If any, are they used in the same
manner like the commonly used online instructions. Lastly, are there any
ethical issues to be adhered to when using communicating instructions?
Cognitive
empathy in management is also effective in helping to develop good desirable
personal traits in both the managers and the workers. Since there will be a
mutual understanding between them, they will work towards relating well with
each other and hence develop favorable attributes and good personal traits to
enable a good co – existence required for a good work flow. In overall,
cognitive empathy in management is very significant for positive outcomes in
organizations and various work places (Barnhart, 2018).
To implement
cognitive empathy in management as a desirable strategy for good management. It
develops good impacts and achievement of objectives by enabling good workforce
efficiency and productivity. It also allows for change within organizations and
allows for effective future planning as the managers will have a clear picture
of his employees’ requirements, hence incorporate them and effectively plan the
company’s future objectives. Future research into this concept in management
should focus on incorporating emotional and compassionate empathy. These are
other kinds of empathy which when implemented together with cognitive empathy
will result to achievement of even greater positive outcomes. Emotional empathy
is displaying similar emotions to those of another person while compassionate
empathy involves showing love and concern for others. These will instill a
sense of value to workers as they demonstrate care and love. When treated with
love and care, the employees will increase their work output through the

various work settings. It is a positive approach hence should be advocated for.
The limitation
