session teaches us to idealize and think positively in terms of making ways to
get rid of the issue happened to you. Sometimes it happens that you have the
way but you could not remember it and hence you lose the actual results and on
time as well. So idealizing the appropriate way and on time is the best thing
that needs to be done efficiently. The 3rd session teaches us what
to do and what to not do selection. The main thing is the appliance of that
selected way and hence they are going to get way to resolve the issue. The main

them effectively in your life to get successful and peaceful life.

handled by me in a way that it will give best and appropriate results. The
global report on coaching says that the main thing which you learn in coaching
is that it boosts your inner skills and help you idealize your inner strengths.
Person should plan all the tasks and problems that he had to solve efficiently
and in a way he/she can manage more efficiently and as well as successful
results are confirmed with this strategy.
In this module, we were given knowledge about the different
aspects of strategy building and how things work at a strategic level. In order
to gain a better understanding of the concepts taught in the classroom, we were
given two tasks to complete: (1) An individual report on the competitive
advantage of Leon’s restaurants (2) A group presentation proposing strategies
for Leon’s restaurants.
The overall experience in this module was quite pleasant.
The individual task made us learn how to use our judgmental skills and
prerequisite knowledge to analyses a business. We learnt how the theory works
in the practical world. It was challenging to work in a group with people from
different backgrounds and there were certain language barriers, but this helped
us learn how to deal with diversity and also convinced us that diversity means
more ideas and better quality of work.
In this whole process of starting with industry analysis and
ending at proposing strategies for Leon's, we learnt a lot about how a business
making profits today might make losses in the future if it operates in
isolation. We learnt the different ways the external environment affects a
business and how the megatrends shaping today's world can determine whether a
business would flourish or fail in the future. We also learnt that every
business has some vulnerabilities which need to be converted to strengths in
order to stand strong in the competitive market.
The management
of your all regular tasks according to your plan made by you was the best
approach to have the most efficient results and hence it manages all your tasks
delicately. The coaching and development ethics will help you to overcome your
issues properly and hence you can learn to teach others as well. There are many
reasons that can help you choosing your efficient way to work properly in
coaching and hence you can have the actually results to be a leader in your
life and be a good mentor for others as well. The way you choose reflects you in a way that
whether you lose your strength at any time you do not have to face any big
trouble. In your life it may happens many time that you stuck in some
