Imagine you are given the opportunity to propose and lead your own project using your skills, knowledge, and passion. Your project can be anything from starting a new company, an innovative project within your current company or team, a community initiative or an NGO, to your own original invention. Please explain (1) What would the project and its objectives and why would you choose it, (2) How would you plan and implement your project, and (3) Who would you involve and work with for help?

Project one: The project which I want to make is the club in university on one of the campus of my own university. The name of the club would be diversity club. It is the group of engineering students who have been working together to binge the spirit of harmony and residency between students. As well as the main aim of the club is to enhance some of the living standards of each of the person in any type of critical situation, whereas they are an orphan or ageing man. Moreover, the club arbitrates through the varied annual programs and has been succeeded with help and promise of these faithful participants to bring the smile on everyone’s faces.

In this regard the club would have many of the projects. The initial one is Iqrae and the main purpose of this project is to enhance level of education in individuals from the disadvantage background. Furthermore, the volunteer students would provide the educational support on the weekend in the nearer school from the university. Then in the next step a benevolent caravan project, targeting areas of Morocco in the significant condition. The caravan allocates clothes and food stuff to needy persons and rehabilitate schools and accomplish a library to boost up persons to read. In the last the project Kafala has been based on the caring of child, as well as tried to excellently meet their financial requirement, but emphasize more on studies and guidance.

When I was little I expended positions in the country side in the east of Morocco and there I saw the decline of basic services such as electricity, water supply, and schools, so form than I have decided and promise to do all I could help individuals in the critical situation, and this project has the concretizing of this promise.

Despite from this the implementation of the project required a detailed plan guided through most of the steps. Mainly, I would write a demand to the director of the university in which I have been asked for the permission to create my club. Then I would make the announcement for all of the students to take part in the unlimited of the club presentation, a well as in the last of the plenary the students who were interested in this project will provide me with their contact numbers. Further, I will manage any of the meetings to describe more the stability and objectives of every single project and create it with other students’ latest projects. Moreover, in these meetings, we would name a principal for every project. The committee of the club has been made by president of the club, and the principles of projects and principal of the capital.   In this it can also be said that the completion of campus club required the great organization of all of the engineering students. As well as because of the deficiency of experience in this domain, I would ask support from a friend who was already done this experience.

Project two: In this it has been mentioned that from all of my qualities one is the most significant in the online learning which has been taken as self-discipline. Now a days due to COVID-19 pandemic universities has been suspended so in this situation the lectures and practical courses have been delivered through online completely. This had not the case in all my previous college years. In the primary stage, the idea had been very attractive to me as my university is quite far away from my home, but after the two weeks of online learning I begin to lost my control over the lectures of many hours I have heard to an assignment and then I have to submit within time. As well as in this I understood that I have to create recent study habits to acclimate to online learning. Moreover, in this regard I have been devoted proper time each of the day to open the learning website to get updated from the latest coming assignments and lectures.

Then ordering the tasks as per the given deadlines and significant, then creating the timetable to meet deadlines and study for final exams. Writing questions and take part in the session along with teachers for help and clarification in various tasks. Today I have been handling all of my studies and meet all the deadlines on time. As well as now I also help my group mates to have communication with professor and various facilitation of learning through online learning system. another quality which I want to talk about is continuous n the face of  challenges, I joined my university on the semester late then by group in this I have been claimed on graduating with my class mates this required taking second summer course.
